I ordered a breakfast burger and French fries to go and when I opened my order I saw that they forgot to put the egg in the burger and the fries were cold and hard. This criticism is not for the staff but for the company because since they were forced to pay $20 an hour they have cut staff and now the cashier also cooks and washes bathrooms at the same time... definitely very bad.

Ale was the most disappointing employee I encountered and this was the most rude experience i have dealt with in all my years of coming to Carls. Not only did i have a long stressful day at work , my one late night highlight i was looking forward to after this long day was getting my dinner with your establishment. Longstory short its about 9:30 pm im literally the only car in drivethru mind you the only customer outside or dining in the eatery. I was ordering my food mind...
