I made a simple order double bacon western waffle fries strawberry cheesecake. They messed up my order, gave me a spicy somthin which I can't eat cause my acid reflux. I called no answer, I went back and they said the manager was not there to replace my order. I went back again today and apparently the manager wasn't there again. I asked the young guy at the counter "can't you call your manager like if you were taking the day off don't you notify someone?" That kid was on some good something cause he kept laughing and saying that I should come back when the manager is there. I asked him to at least answer my question, he was so high he couldn't comprehend the question, so he never answered it. It's really shameful that not one employee, aside from the manager is competent enough to fix a minor issue. I'm frustrated and annoyed with the hassle this has become. Why doesn't the phone work ? How long has it been broken ?

I don't really eat at Carl's Jr but sometimes I do crave it. Azaret was so sweet and informed me of deals and the app that will give rewards,. Great customer service is rare nowadays so I greatly appreciate how amazing Azaret was with me. She needs a raise!

Food is way over priced. Drive thru person took my payment and left side didn't come back manager had to give me the food. Rather go to sit down restarsunt for better quality good and service

Absolutely terrible!!! Cashier “Dennis” was high as hell with red eyes and made me wait nearly 30 minutes for just 6 piece chicken star and small fries!!!
