I was here at the Ontario ranch road Carls Jr, I had such great service from Alex(girl), I miscommunicated my order, and she noticed that I was a bit saddened, while I was eating, she corrected my order and made my night much better, it’s so good to see such a hardworking individual ago above and beyond, I felt special and I am truly grateful! Avoid this location. You might as well go to a restaurant for $18 large combos where they cant even get the order right. MULTIPLE times have i gotten the wrong order even when im the only one in the drive thru. They ignore you at the intercom constantly and dont show your order and hide the reciept in the bag.

Horrible do not go here. I ordered a famous cheese combo without onions, and when I got it, it had like a substance that was white elastic almost like a worm, but it was not a worm. It must’ve been placed or on purpose. I can’t imagine that a foreign substance would get into my burger without someone placing it there.. Before I drove through the drive-through, I did didn’t realize that the ratings were We’re so low. There are other great spots in Ontario. Don’t go there.

Update: After a disappointing dine-in experience, I was contacted by Manager Angie, who took the time to address my concerns and assured me that steps would be taken to prevent similar issues in the future. I truly appreciate that Carl’s Jr. values customer feedback and is committed to improving. Upon revisiting, I noticed a definite improvement in service, which is why I’ve rated them 4 stars. I look forward to returning again, as they continue to serve the hot, fresh food you crave.
Old review: I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience. The cashier failed to honor the coupon I presented and was unempathetic throughout the interaction. I felt looked down upon, which made the situation even more upsetting. I was especially frustrated that I wasn’t given the half-priced fries, even though the coupon had been applied to other sides. This experience left me feeling disrespected and dissatisfied.
Edit: I didn’t ask for a deal—if you’re offering one, it should feel like you value my business, not like you’re trying to make me feel cheap for using it.
To give more clarity and I have sent my response to the link you provided. Thank you again for valuing the feedback and I hope this will be the last bad experience for your customers.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Waited 10 min to place an order. As I placed my order the cashier asked “is that it” after every item I asked for, super annoying, like let me order and I’ll tell you when that’s it. Then I waited another 15 minutes WITH NO ONE COMING TO THE WINDOW TO EVEN TAKE PAYMENT OR ACKNOWLEDGE ME. As I was leaving I see the cashier sitting at the tables just chillin no one was working or cooking anything. The two cars ahead of me didn’t get their food either.
