This place unprofessional the cashier didn't give me my change they take long to sereve the food and they burnt my wings they play around in the kitchen like little kids this happened at 7:30 pm on sunday and the food is nasty.

This had been one of the worst experiences with Charleys I have ever had. The cashier was just plain rude, and they refused to use one of my coupons. They then refused to use the credit on my charleys app. They then made mistakes on my order. Though this location is convenient I don't see myself coming back, and would urge other to do the same.

Disgusting... ordered 20 boneless wings 10 buffalo 10 lemon pepper & both were burnt with so much bread & a bit of chicken inside couldn't even eat them right. The taste was extremely disgusting. There's teenagers workering with no eye contact nor any customer service to let them know how bad the food was. Never again eating here.

This year I've been here 20 times and 80% of the time the food suks it's not warm they put less veggies and meat the bread is different they don't even cut it in half . They have slacked on there food and ranch products. Looks messing and have lots of un trained kids in the back. We need older mature ppl that love to cook and care about the restaurant reputation. I've loved Charlie's for about 10 years .We need to change things up for the better
