Disgusting... ordered 20 boneless wings 10 buffalo 10 lemon pepper & both were burnt with so much bread & a bit of chicken inside couldn't even eat them right. The taste was extremely disgusting. There's teenagers workering with no eye contact nor any customer service to let them know how bad the food was. Never again eating here.

I've been living in the area for 3 years for the past 2 years the food has been delicious. This year I've been here 20 times and 80% of the time the food suks it's not warm they put less veggies and meat the bread is different they don't even cut it in half . They have slacked on there food and ranch products. Looks messing and have lots of un trained kids in the back. We need older mature ppl that love to cook and care about the restaurant reputation. I've loved Charlie's for about 10 years .We need to change things up for the better

We ordered Bold BBQ boneless wings with ranch on the side and once we recieved the order they didn’t give us the ranch we paid for until I went up to ask for it. As well as the boneless wings with the fries were given out all cold. If you were the customer would you like all your food to be served to you cold? Then they were confused on how to heat it up for me. The food was alright but at least serve the food hot, not cold like if it’s been sitting out.
NOT #1 best philly cheesesteaks I don’t know how they can even hang a sign that says that! Total crap is what it is!! If you’ve ever had a real Philly you would know!!

Everything the review below me says is true. The workers at this particular one hate their job and everyone they serve. I ordered a large cheesesteak for $15, (I did not receive $15 worth of food) I received a sandwich with more mayo, lettuce, and tomato on it than it had meat & cheese. I shouldve took a picture of that sandwich with the globs of mayo and old lettuce. DO NOT WORK AT A FOOD PLACE IF YOU HAVE TOO MUCH ATTITUDE TO MAKE A DECENT SANDWICH. I get it, life is hard and its a fast food job, but On my WORST day Id never give someone a sandwich like the one they gave me. Then when I asked for some peppers on the side it came with attitude. Please go anywhere else in the mall for food.
Management, please do the mall a service and change everything about this place, the food quality, the employees, make actual cheesesteaks instead of mayo sandwiches please and thankyou.

I was walking through Ontario Mills and found this snack bar in the food court. I ordered a small California Chicken, it came with cheese, pieces of grilled chicken, pickles, lettuce, tomato and a cheese sauce. It was tasty and well gratined but nothing out of the ordinary or remarkable. Just a good sandwich.

Waited In line behind only one person for 10 minutes! Only for the girl who did the order to keep messing up ! Went back to ask for A-1 Sauce and she didn’t even know that that was while the cook looked epithetic . You guys need better staff that actually cares !
