Asked specifically what was in sandwhich, sandwhich came with something not listed or stated as content. No big deal, asked them to fix the order. Waited 10 minutes and they hadn't remade sandwhich, asked then about it and they hadn't made it but offered us someone else's sandwhich of a different type instead, after confirming that wasn't good they made the correct sandwhich.

The workers must really have an issue helping customers, The attitude of the young Asian woman was very uncalled for you also got my order wrong Lol! Focus more on what the customer is saying to you next time sweetheart.

I am giving a 4star rating because they do not take the chick fil a app there, not even to get points for your purchase. The girl at the counter said yeah, hopefully they get that set up soon, just haven't got it done yet, like they were new here. However... They have been there for over two years now, so no excuse the manager should use the app, or it should be posted outside before you stand in line and order not after you order. Otherwise the food was great and everyone was friendly.

Worst chic fil A location by far. The customer service here is terrible. The young boy who was cashier was rude and doesn’t know how to greet customers nor say thank you after you order. After I paid he literally just walked away without saying anything. Really looks like he hates his job. 1star bc I got my food decently fast before my flight.

The worst food. Burned chicken and bacon that had a strong chemical taste. Not worth going to this one. Had a flight last year and same burned chicken issue. This is an ongoing issue.

Near gate 405. I was surprised at how slow the service was. There were only 2 of us in line and my order was just nuggets and fries. The prices are very high, probably because it's in an airport in California haha. But still tasted just as good as usual. There is seating inside their small restaurant too.
Quite possibly the best Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to.

Ordering a salad with no bacon should always be an option. Unfortunately they are premade and can not be served unless you take it as made. The bacon is served very raw and definitely not lean mostly fat chunks. Hope this location can change this and accommodate the customer.

The sign clearly says opens at 4:30am at the airport. Thought I’d get an early bite before my flight .. it’s now 4:49 and there are workers inside working (with as little pep as I have ever seen at a chick-fil-a) but it’s still not open. Chuck-fil-a’s are usually an efficient operation … not this one.
