I come to this location frequently and each time is a pleasant experience! All team members have been friendly and welcoming. Service is always quick. Mae and Nick have been especially helpful. Definitely recommend this location.

Wow. I don’t usually review restaurants, let alone fast food, but the service and experience were so outstanding I couldn’t resist. Jett, who took my order, was so much more than an order taker. I don’t know if I can explain how professional, welcoming, and just nice he was. He was also efficient…taking care of new orders, pick-up orders, straightening outdoor seating chairs, and asking something meaningful to each customer. If I was in my home state, I would honestly try and recruit him for our business! The food was also fresh and delicious.

I went recently to get food at the window/ counter and employees kept walking by. It continued, 3 people and no one was noticing. No windows were open. I already knew what I wanted and frustrated 7 minutes later a worker opened the window to get my order. An older gentleman called me up to give me my order after, and being overly nice. He clearly knew I was unhappy with the service, the drive thru should have equal priority as walk up customers And employees should peer to their windows to avoid having dissatisfied/ unhappy customers. I was annoyed with the gentleman's overly niceness. Customer service from the beginning should be a good one, not when the eatery goofed and is aware of the bad situation. I was still upset but composed. Not returning. I'm sure, I'll get ignored- again.💯

I attended AFC 2025 at the Ontario Convention Center nearby this location right in the AM and I gotta say the view is beautiful in the morning here! I had a wonderful experience at this Chick-fil-A and it made my day already good from the start! The spicy chicken biscuit was so fresh and delicious and the cookies and cream milkshake was perfectly blended and handcrafted! So smooth and rich and sweet with a cherry to top it off! Thank you so much for the wonderful service and hospitality for my first time here in Ontario! Would love to come again to a convention and stop by this location again!

Nice and quiet in the mornings. Enjoy the outside cooler weather with a nice coffee. Staff is friendly and service was fast. There is only outdoor seating here but luckily it is shaded. Food quality is same as other locations and up to par.
