Their food is not fresh. Please be careful. All of their vegetables on my Mongolian plate tasted spoiled and sour. I will not be back.

Food is not fresh! Walked in and it was empty so I gave it a chance. Paid almost $40 for 3 Mongolian plates, came home and the pineapple was bad, the corn was bad, the noodles were hard. I was willing to give this place a chance and trust me the food is not good at all, do not recommend this place.

Customer service could use some work. I had to approach them and ask questions. Otherwise it was clean and had a variety of veggies, meats, and sauces.

Ok it is a little confusing at first. You have your choice of Mongolian or Chinese ( I prefer the Mongolian) I like that you can load up your own plate and have it cooked right in front of you. The food is really good and I will be eating here again.

I went here for lunch to get a combo bowl. I tried the Mongolian side which is pretty good but the Chinese food side is disgusting. I got teriyaki chicken and seriously when I was in line I couldn't recognize it because it didn't look like teriyaki chicken. I should've went with my first mind. This chicken was pink and slimy/rubbery. I ate one bite and couldn't finish the rest it was disgusting. So I took the chicken out of the bowl and ate some of the rice. Needless to say I went hungry on my lunch.

Came with some coworkers on a Monday at 11:15. Slow service. No one working the Mongolian side? So we weren't sure we could get that. The whole set up is confusing. We ended up getting Chinese combo meals but didn't realize we could weight it out and pay a different price. Food was disgusting. The meat doesn't taste like anything I've ever had at a chinese food place. It was gross and slimy. Chow Mein and fried rice were flavorless. Service was whatever. There was only one girl working so kinda slow. Won't be coming back.
The food is fresh the place is kept up. I encourage them to keep doing what there doing. Keep it up, you're doing a good job.

They could have had a 4 star rating but their attitude was unwelcoming which is puzzling when they have a B rating by the BBB. The food wasn't as great as their all you can eat special but I can make it work while I'm on hunt for the best Chinese in town.

OMG! Me my daughter and my grandson walks in to China Wok Mongolian BBQ Ontario. The lady behind the counter was digging in her nose DEEP. Then she proceeded to wipe whatever she found on her work uniform shirt. So disgusting

Amazing food from the steamed table! Super inexpensive and great customer service! Haven’t tried their buffet, but it looks good! Also, very clean. I’ve tried other Mongolian places in Ontario and this is the best so far.
