Is good Chipotle i eat this burrito for long time a go and now they have new Pollo ala pastor and I like it the only problem here is to much noise lot of people but I like it and free 2nd refills on soda so you don't have to pay for refills I l I ke this place and is clean but something bad we are ok n December and nothing about Christmas decorations is feel like regulars day is sad because the mall is killing the tradition of Christmas

Came on Friday at 5pm. Normally a huge fan of chipotle. This one is not good. Everything down to the stale tortillas to weird tasting guacamole and salsa. I think everything is just out too long? They also didn’t seem to be understaff which I’m sure is part of the problem. Either way won’t waste my money here again.

I went at 5 pm on a Monday, and the lady was really nice and gave me a good portion of food. however the bowl was off putting, the rice was hard, the meat was overcooked, and the guac tasted weird.

Went in and ordered a salad. Get to the end and ask for salad dressing, was told “Oh, we ran out” So I nicely state that they should probably let people know when they order the salad that you are out of dressing because that might change their order because I definitely would not have got a salad if I knew they were out of dressing. The response I got in a rude manner, “Well, we can’t help it if we run out because people ask for 2-3 dressings for one salad, so we run out all the time!” I just paid and walked away because I was shocked at the stupidity! If you run out all the time and you know this, simple solution….FREAKING MAKE MORE!! Or at the very least let customers know that you are out of dressing so they don’t order a salad😒
