I ordered their poke salad (but got salmon instead of poke since they don't serve it anymore) and they gave me rancid mandarins. They were fizzy and had a carbonated taste, like they were soaked in vinegar or sparkling water. I can't believe I was served rotten fruit. Never coming here again.

I drive ALL the way from Chino Hills. Food is Fresh, Store is clean and the Staff is SUPER NICE. Customer Service is top tier. LOVE IT!

Precision Pool Tile Cleaning
I walked in and placed an order for a salad to go and then even gave them a 18% tip before I even receive my food I get down the street and noticed there’s no fork or napkin in my back. I call the store and ask why they didn’t include a fork or a napkin and employee said was this an online order or did you walk in and I said it was a walk in. Well the forks and napkins are at the front and you can get them yourself. I said even if I give you a 18% tip before hand? She said you could talk to my manager if you want I said no thanks I’ll never be back again I can’t believe how piss poor customer service is across the whole United States anymore getting worse and worse. This Franchise will definitely not be there long treating customers this way
