I ask for some sugar and they refuse to give any, I'm paying more than $20 for two coffees and rolls and I couldn't get some sugar for my drinks.
Food was not warm had been sitting in counter a while. Coffee not ready. No creamers and bad rude customer service. Roberto Q. And Daniel are the worst. Ontario mills mall location should be avoided.

Ordered a 4 pack and they told me they are out of 4 packs but I could buy a 6 pack because they have the 6 packs available. I asked why they couldn't take 4 of the 24 that just came out of the oven and put them in the 4 pack box. The rep said those are for individual sale. Umm...silly question but how do you make the four pack box? Are those cooked elsewhere? No line and easy solution that was apparently not possible. Please hire people that understand how to provide solutions.

Lights are on but nothing is prepared, long wait with what appears to be one guy working, poor quality management at best.

If you’re wandering through Ontario Mills and your sweet tooth starts calling, you’ve got to make a pit stop at Cinnabon. Nestled conveniently by the food court and right next to the Nike store, this little haven of cinnamon goodness is a must-visit for anyone who loves a warm, sugary treat.
The ambiance here is mostly bustling, which adds to the excitement of the place. You can feel the energy as people swarm in, drawn by the irresistible smell of freshly baked cinnamon rolls. Speaking of which, the Classic Roll is a standout. Seriously, it’s like a hug in pastry form! Warm, gooey, and just the right amount of sweet, it’s hard to leave without indulging in one (or two!).
The service at Cinnabon is genuinely appreciable. The staff are friendly and cooperative, making you feel welcome from the moment you step up to the counter. There’s something nice about being served with a smile, especially when you’re about to dive into a delicious treat.
Now, I will say that the prices are a bit on the higher side, which might make you pause for a second, but trust me – it’s worth it for that sweet, sweet Classic Roll. And if you’re in the mood for something different, they also have a variety of other cinnamon delights and specialty frozen drinks to explore.
So, next time you’re at Ontario Mills, don’t skip Cinnabon. It’s one of my favorite spots for satisfying a sweet craving, and I think it’ll become one of yours too!

Ooey, Gooey, nutty, sweet, & salty. When I want to indulge, the center of the roll caramel pecan is my go to.

Went to this location today (Saturday) at 7pm, they said they were out of 6 pack and 4 pack original cinnabons. Your store has 2 more hours until you close. Why the heck can't you people do your job and make some damn cinnabons and put them in a box? What is the problem? I walked a way pissed off.

Bought a 6 pack, got home heated one up, about to take my first bite and found a hair. Picked it out, and before putting it in my mouth, found a second hair. Threw everything out in the trash. Wasted 27.00 dollars. I will never eat another Cinnabon again.

I’m a regular customer of Cinnabon. I love their cinnamon, specially when I get to order without the frosting (it’s really too sweet for me with the frosting). I always come to this location because I live close by... but my last visit, unfortunately, I wasn’t happy. I was very disappointed too. I say this because Cinnabon should put an experienced & a mature staff, specially an assistant manager, because I asked for the manager, & a young guy came out & claimed he was the assistant manager (I didn’t believe him but he said he was. His name is Nathan). Anyway, everytime I buy at least half a dozen of Cinnabon, I always request without the frosting! This time I wasn't able to get my request. It's a long story but I'll try to summarized it. So, I usually ask the staff if there's anything coming out freah from their oven... because it doesn't have the frosting yet. Usually they'll say when something comes out. they'll sell it to me. If none, I'll have to wait until a group of 6 fresh cinnamon comes out their oven. But earlier today (Oct 31, 2024), when I arrived to order my request, the staff at the cashier said there's none at that moment, so I agreed & just ordered 6 of their regular cinnabon (which cost $27+). Right after I paid, I saw 12 fresh cinnamons that just came out from their oven. That's the time I ask for the manager (as I was sure none of them can decide about my request). So Nathan came & I asked him if I can get the 6 cinnamons without the frosting... but he said yes, but will charge me their individual price of $7+ with tax. So, 6X7+ was about $45. Can you imagine, I was ordering half a dozen (6 cinnabons) & without the frosting & it came out almost double the price!!! I asked why he was charging me the indivual price, & he said those were supposed to be sold at their display. I assummed, if he was really the assistant manager, he could just ask another staff to just make another 6 for their display, since my buying as their sales already. Nathan is not aware of customer service. He's not knowledgable that customer is always right! That's why I really wondered if he was truly the assistant manager for that day! Because of my frustration (as I really love cinnabon), I just cancelled thte prior 6 with double frosting on it. I was looking for the woman manager, because she was always helpful, & very professional, eveytime I go to this location...
