While waiting for a flight from ONT International. I decided to stop and enjoy a real breakfast. I’m on Atkins and don’t love meat. I was happy to find this thick veggie omelette. As Atkins doesn’t allow for the standard breakfast potatoes and toast, the server was gracious enough to bring me a lovely salad.
