They take so long !! Girls seem confused!!

I ordered a birthday cake for my son's birthday, to pick up the next day. Pick up time was 1pm. I arrived at 2pm. The cake was not ready. The young lady that took the order the day before was the same person working when I picked up the cake. I had requested for them to write Happy birthday the day I ordered the cake which the young lady said yes. When she finally came out with the cake, she said she didn't have stuff to write happy birthday. Horrible service.

New owners are extremely rude. They messed up my order and had me waiting 25 minutes past my pick up time. An when i ask them to correct my order they got upset and told me never to come back. NO PROBLEM!!! I wish I never tipped them durring checkout. Will not be returning to this location

Ordered a birthday cake for my mom. OMG so delicious can never go wrong with a coldstone ice cream cake. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Positive vibes when I picked up my order they also wished my mom a happy birthday and hope I love the cake. Hands down thee best cake, thank you so much ☺️.

I will NEVER return and I think you should all consider going else where when ordering a cake or any order for a larger party. This staff is not trained well and the manager has no courtesy for his customers.
My mother ordered a cake days in advance and paid for the cake online. I was told to pick the cake up at 12:30, I arrived to the location around 12:50 and the cake was not ready. I told her the name for the order and she went to the back to get the cake and said to give her a few minutes. I patiently waited for about 15 minutes. Mind you there was no air conditioning in this location so I was miserable as the temperature this day was 108 outside. When she finally came to the front with my cake it had ZERO writing or decoration on it, which was not what I ordered at all. It was a poorly frosted plain white cake. She offered to write the names I asked for on it but said the cake was too small so she wrote them on the plate under the cake. Mind you, this cake was TINY. Turns out this wasn’t the cake that was ordered at all. After waiting another 10 minutes for her to write the names she brought the cake to the register for me to pay (my order was already paid for in advance). The cake began to melt at the register. She tried to take the cake to the back and told me to wait. At this point I’m frustrated. I told her no I don’t want a melted cake I’ll just buy a premade cake that they had in the freezer outside. I paid $35 for this cake that was not at all what I ordered online.
I get home and learned that the cake I ordered had been paid for and they made me purchase another cake!!! And tried to give me a cake that was not worth what I paid for. I called and the girl told me I had to come back if I wanted anything done. VERY INCONVENIENT WHEN YOURE HOSTING A PARTY. I drove back to the store (it’s not close to my house) and we argued for about 15 minutes about my refund. They tried to give me less in return than what I paid for!!!! I explained over and over to the worker and even had her call her manager to speak with him because this was ridiculous at this point, nobody had any idea what was going on for some reason. They had me sweating in this hot building arguing about money THEY OWED ME BECAUSE I DID NIT GET THE CAKE I ORDERED AND HAD TO BUY ANOTHER ONE. The service here is terrible. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ALL PEOPLE INVOLVED AT THIS LOCATION.

Walked in right before they closed and Christopher and Kushi were extremely kind and very welcoming with no hesitation in helping us out. Thanks so much! Will defiantly be back.

Unfortunately, I was very unhappy with my twins' cake just turning 12 and the fact that the manager didn't refund me my money back, only a sorry. Need to have better service.

I came here during the summer and I’d never been to a cold stone before in my life. My sisters wanted to get the limited time Barbie ice cream so we came. The ice cream was suprisiny good even after looking like a complete mess but they were a tad bit overpriced. Had a good time though so I can’t really complain.

Waited In line, I was the 3rd person that came in. And I know some people have a hard time making up their mind, so it takes longer.There was 2 young ladies at the front.. One was making ice cream, and the other was was just at the register. What it looked like to me, that the employee at the register, can't mix the icecream. That doesn't look good when you have several people in line waiting. Now it was my turn, but the gal that was making the ice cream. Had a phone call She said I will be right with you. So that took a few minutes. Waited about 10 minutes or so. But I felt it was taking to long. I Wound up leaving.Bottom line, it doesn't look good when A employee is just standing up there not doing anything. Cross training is a good idea. Plus of course ice cream goes up in price too. I can buy half gallon for 5 bucks or less. And be just as happy.

Not a good quality mix, the worker just took the 2 flavors and put them in the cup.Not expected to be this way.
