Leaving one star only because I HAVE to leave something. Over $40 and a 25 minute wait for a “crispy” chicken burger and “truffle” fries…with no crispy or truffle in sight. Biggest dissatisfaction of our day and I stood at the counter for five minutes with two workers in front of me ignoring my presence because they forgot my dipping sauce and I had to go back—bc honestly, the fries couldn’t survive without it. 1/10, because at least the food was hot.
Walter ROCKS!
Had a turkey club to take on plane pleasantly surprised it was good

Breakfast wrap is pretty good with a cup of coffee. It was all made fresh in front of me. Just needs some sauce
I believe they are racist. The bartender was rude and impatient at the beginning. After I took out my ID, she refused me and said I don't accept your ID. Although I showed that my ID card proved that I was indeed over 21, she still refused my order rudely and then kindly received the next customer. Her attitude towards her customers depended on her mood, and I saw few other customers being treated the same way as me.
While waiting for a mid-morning flight, we decided to stop for a beer and a small snack. We thought about getting a pretzel. They were still on the breakfast menu, but our server Mary was very helpful with suggestions and she was still able to get us the pretzel.
The burger and fries were delicious. Not many options in the airport but glad to have something reliable and good food. They have pastries and coffee. What more could you need when hungry at the airport.
Man... Terminal 4 is sweet compared to terminal 2! Rock and brews! This place was like a five bar in an airport with better lighting and no music. I have to say the bartenders do their best to make it as nice as they can. Cut a hole into the west side of the bar. A big one. Big enough for the bartender to walk down. Then you have 10 more seats in that spur? If you are making money, why not make more money?

Staff was dismissive, food was okay, and the bartender left for 55 min
2nd time in a month I couldn't order a bloody Mary. Something about not receiving their delivery. Both times I left the secure area and shuttled to terminal 4 just for a bloody Mary. Ouch. Won't go back there anymore.

Food was fine for airport cuisine. However, the woman who handed me my food was quite rude for no reason. There was a mix up with my side; I was supposed to get breakfast potatoes and got fruit instead. I simply asked if my potatoes were going to be separate and she started giving me attitude, telling me the “potatoes don’t go with the wrap;” I explained that the cashier said I could have them instead of fruit since they weren’t making fries yet (though we were on the cusp of lunchtime, no big deal) and was told “we aren’t making fries right now.” As if I hadn’t just mentioned that. So we went in a circle 2 or 3 times like that before she decided to give me my potatoes. There was more attitude followed by taking my tray, dumping a small scoop of potatoes on it then giving me a look. Followed by her actually asking the cashier if this was all true… to which he responded yes, gave me a thumbs up and said everything was fine. She didn’t have to be rude but I assume chose to believe I was trying to get away with extra food without simply asking the cashier who was 3 feet away.I get it. You work in customer service in an airport. I’m sure people are terrible. But the attitude wasn’t necessary. I’ve been to 3 airports in the past week and haven’t dealt with attitude like this. It’s just unnecessary and stressful.
Wow! Surprised at these negative reviews.. well from our experience, it was delicious! My cappuccino was really good and my daughter’s breakfast wrap and home fries were like homemade! Soo good!

This is legit the worst airport restaurant I’ve ever been to. The dude that works here is pretty rude and shouldn’t be dealing with that public.
Terrible fries. Salt used for the portal on of fires served could be used for like 10 portions of it. The menu did say it had sea salt but it was beyond crazy. We just couldn’t eat more than a couple of them before throwing them away.
