She always replied promptly and was so patient with us when we had a miscommunication which led to a stressful moment for us. Our reception venue unfortunately cancelled on us within ~3 months of the wedding and when updating Jeremy & Jessica to let them know that the reception venue would be changing, without us asking, they immediately began reaching out to venues to help us out which was so unexpected and greatly appreciated.
We attended a tasting which was very well-organized and made our selections for both the cocktail hour and dinner. We have guests still raving about the food months later! For cocktail hour, we selected the grilled cheese bites with tomato soup, beef wellington bites (this was especially a big hit), and bruschetta. For dinner, we had the ricotta, herb, & spinach ravioli as a vegetarian option, salmon with a lemon dill beurre blanc sauce, and filet mignon with garlic butter. We also had some guests who were vegan or had allergies and Cutting Edge was able to work with us to accommodate them easily. The sides and starter salad were delicious as well - highly recommend the whipped potatoes as one of your sides!

I was looking for a catering company to take care of my great grandmas birthday on Memorial Day weekend. We wanted to book a company that was seasoned in wedding catering. I went to the knot and wedding wire to submit the request. I also started a Yelp project looking for caterers. I had a few responses back but was very confused by the set up of the menu and pricing. I found Cutting Edge Catering on the knot and decided to inquire on the phone. Jeremy - the owner answers and to my luck they were available on the day we needed. Yaay. We looked through their Yelp/knot/google reviews and based on their high caliber of review, we decided that they were the one. I submitted the catering request on their website and Jeremy responded a few days later with the price quote. It took him several days to respond back to my via email, most likely because they were so busy. I then spoke with Angel on the week before our event and she was awesome! She quickly and efficiently answered all of my questions and got back to me very quickly when she didn’t immediately have an answer. They arrived on the day of the event with three trucks filled with equipment, food, table settings, furniture, and linens. They cooked everything on site and were extremely organized and tidy in the way that they prepared and set up. The appetizer service began at 6pm sharp as we discussed. They were extremely flexible and accommodating any time we needed to make a change. Their servers were personable and friendly. One of them even helped us to place the center pieces on the table even though that wasn’t a part of the service that they were hired to complete. The hors’deuvres were absolutely delicious. The prime rib was tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. The bartender was professional and happy to serve. Claudine -one of their servers was my favorite. Angel was there every step of the way. We ended the event at 10p and they were out by 11. Their price point is not the cheapest that we found, but the value that they provided, the service, and the food quality significantly exceeds the cost by far! OMG I can’t say enough about how amazing everything was. I would definitely book them again :)

When the big day arrived, we were curious to see how everything would actually come together... We went with some passed apps during cocktail hour, the charcuterie platter, the buffet style pasta bar and their signature breadsticks. We also had open bar all night with two signature cocktails. Once again, Cutting Edge exceeded expectations and the food was fresh and delicious. Also, the servers and bartenders were fun, friendly, and stylish.

I was referred by ( a supposedly close family friend of my in-laws ) Horrible experience, bad communication, Pressured for deposit immediately after 1st conversation, gave the deposit, asked to change the location with no response for weeks. In the end the owner decided to not refund the deposit (supplies were NEVER ever purchased). I see lots of good reviews but unfortunately not the case here. My advise to anyone looking to work with these people is be careful once they got your money they will try to force you to do things their way . If it’s a special day they are supposed to help make that happen. not make it a nightmare. My opinion THEY ARE 100% THEIVES that will take your deposit and soon shortly after you will notice the close the doors of communication will slowly disspear with Jeremy and his team. Took them to court and wasn’t able to collect because of how they set the contract up. BEWARE OF SIGNING ANYTHING WITH THESE PEOPLE, (I figured i could trust a family referral) BEWARE OF GIVING THEM CASH DEPOSITS.

*I am thankfully in a blessed financial position enough to take a $3,000 loss and not have it change how I live in the least.
