We were seated quickly and very accommodating since we had our daughter with us. We were served fairly quickly and didn't have to ask for anything. Overall great service.
It was an overall great experience, except for a disturbance involving another guest. Security and police were involved which caused disruptions.
Waiter was a graa was t help, made sure we didn't have to ask for anything and honestly wonderful person to talk to :)
The Sip & Sing event was such a great experience. We all had a good time sipping, singing and laughing. Please let me know when it's happening again!
The Sip and Sing was really fun a great idea. The host Adee McCovy, Adeeworldwide was great and funny.
Great atmosphere love the smash burgers needed a extra server waited but when served awesome
The service was slow and food quality was really not that good . We will not be returning for the food again. It did not seem to be organized well to take care of the customers too many distractions. I would not recommend anyone to go there if you are wanting to have quality service.
Spent 1k for my son's 14th bday and the service ruined the whole experience I felt bad for our server she was doing the best she could, but will never go back. Food and drinks took way too long then they brought out wrong order and missed orders. Then the unlimited game cards were malfunctioning! I expected to pay a lot but not to be chasing around the server for food, drinks and to fix the kids game cards.
Went for my birthday. Wall of TVs had missing tiles which made sports not fun to watch. Two large construction projects are a buzz kill. Would it be too much trouble to service the mens room so that ALL the paper towel dispensers weren't out of towels? And get rid of the marijuana smoke in the game area.
Waitress was nice. Food was good, however, fish was a little over fried for me. Other than that, everything else was good.

The service was beyond terrible. Needless to say the server Robert made it a point to ignore and avoid being on the floor. We got our appetizer and eat them because they got cold as we waited for him to bring us utensils and plates. He selected his gratuity and when questioned he completely disregarded my request.
Placed in an area under construction, temp lighting kept moving causing on of our guest to get a migraine and super dizzy, table was on a step so people on one side had the table at there chest were the other side was normal looking down at people across from them, food was brought out ay very different times, Definitely will not be coming here again.
The price for the portion sizes was outrageous. Service was pretty slow for it being mostly empty. The screens are all busted so it made watching the game difficult. The ambience is there but I wouldn't come back
I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding my visit to Dave & Buster’s in Ontario, California, on 3/26/25. I arrived at around 11:30 AM with my five nieces and nephews and initially purchased $156 worth of tokens plus a $5 tip at the front for a total of $161. While my family enjoyed the arcade, I went to the bar area to order food for everyone.
Unfortunately, I waited several minutes before being acknowledged by any member of your staff. Once a waiter did approach me (around 12:15 PM), I ordered food, drinks, and tipped an additional $5, bringing this bill to $79.97. After placing my order, I experienced a prolonged wait with no updates, and patrons who arrived after me received their food first. Despite my best efforts to get an update from the staff, I felt ignored and had no explanation or ETA for the delay.
40 minutes after I first placed the order, I realized I would soon need to leave for work. Meanwhile, my nieces and nephews had been there since 11:30 AM, had not eaten breakfast, and were getting quite hungry. I requested a refund since our meals still had not arrived. Regrettably, they told me they had to get a manager and it took the manager more than 15 minutes to come to my table, and then an additional 15 minutes in the back to process a partial refund. When I received this partial refund, I was shocked to see it only covered $57.62 for the food—without the cost of the drinks ($17.35) and tip ($5). I requested these be refunded as well, and the manager disappeared again for another eight minutes.
By the time all refunds were finally issued, it was 1:24 PM, and we had been waiting well over an hour and twenty minutes without any food. The manager did eventually apologize after waiting on him for 38 minutes, but my family and I were already frustrated and hungry. We were not offered any additional consideration or compensation for the inconvenience and wasted time. To add to my concerns, the refund receipt states “Refunded to MC ending in XXXX,” which does not match the final digits of my card.
Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing. Not only did I lose valuable time with my family, but I left hungry, frustrated, and feeling that my concerns were not handled with urgency or care. I am requesting a formal acknowledgment of this incident and a clear explanation regarding your refund process (especially the discrepancy in card numbers). Additionally, I would appreciate any consideration you can provide to address the inconvenience and frustration that we experienced on this visit.
