We arrived with a reservation for a table once we got there it was no host so we just stood there as people walked by when we finally stopped someone who told us then there was no host. We then had to go look for the manager we finally find someone who told us to just go by the bar and pick a seat as he rushed off.. We do that but now we can't find a server.. After who knows how long someone finally comes over but the music is sooooooooo loud he can't even hear our order I had to just point to items on the menu. Now as we wait for our food we go to the kiosk to purchase game credits we bought two cards once of which was for 90mins of play the card came out with only 15 credits and the girl in the front was horrible.. We kept telling her the machine did not produce a receipt when we purchased finally she tells us to find the tech and we do he gets the receipt for us we take it back and she's gone AGAIN finally she shows back up and now she says we have to wait for a manager who she never called all while our food is getting cold... We finally get back to the table and not only is the food ice cold my order was incorrect at that point I didn't want anything anymore.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE even if they paid me... If loud noise and bad customer service is your thing then it's definitely the place for you.

We had a very large party. This was our first experience at Dave & Busters. We were over charged $70. When we questioned our waitress about the two different receipts with two different charges she reassured us both times that both charges were valid. We then asked for the manager to verify and she confirmed we were double charged. This was the cherry on top of our food coming out for almost 2hours. I hope they get more staff and more training. Our waitress was kind maybe just overwhelmed.

I took my kids out for some fun over their break and we loved it! I wasn’t sure on what the best deal was for my large family but Andrew G. (the manager I believe) came over and ultimately helped me decide on the Eat and Play Combo. The food came out quickly and the arcade area was clean! We will be back!

We came in on Christmas Eve for a quick bite in between shopping and was greeted by the best server here, Devante. He was extremely hospitable! He was super attentive and quite funny. Food was ok but would def come back if he is our server again. 5 star service.
