They have Madam Mim working the drive-thru sometimes. Cranky old lady. IYKYK. Everyone else is very nice. Food is what you would expect, not bad though.

I came here to order a bottle water. The staff was too busy and acknowledge my presence. As I stood there and patiently waited... I was told to use the kiosk to order my food. I already looked at the kiosk menu and the bottled water was not an option. I informed the worker and b he ignored me the cashier was too busy doing other things to physically stop to help me. She did give in and eventually came to the counter. She took my one bottle of water order. She had a bad attitude and she was not pleasant. I will not return to this location

Food is how it is Fast food. Low quality but inexpensive. Guest service 100% absent I did not received a single word of any employee. I used the kiosk and the employee trew the bag in the counter once food was sone. The new way it is I guess. I miss the customer service skills real people use to offer in rsstaurants.

I bought food today, Monday night. Did a comparison of Del Taco vs Taco Bell hard tacos 🌮🌮 and the winner was Del Taco. They were filled in with enough cheese and meat. Taco bells barely had enough of anything. Also their shells look more authentic than taco bells which looked weird yellow. Great tacos Del Taco!!! The caramel bites were the best!!. 👍🏻👍🏻

Once again, another restaurant isn't so Senior friendly anymore..... They have a kiosk and it's very deceptive with pictures that make you think you're getting what it shows and you get something else, or continue to order and it doesn't add it.... VERY Frustrating..... If ya want my money, get a person at the order window.....

The people are great, the food is great , the kiosks suck big time. To figure the kiosk out took me and three employees to order six tacos on taco Tuesday.

They removed the ability for the workers to take orders inside, so I left. I'm not bothering with the big stupid touchscreen.
Great customer service food comes out fast friendly staff restaurant it's always clean and food is delicious and really affordable
