They forgot my drink then I realized they forgot my frys too then didn't give me them and said are u sure while sitting in front of a employee on his break lucky the break employee said yeah he didn't get his frys I was there watching him eat and he didn't in fact get his frys then the worker behind the counter gave me a large fry mistakes happen but it's what you after that counts and that's why this is a 5 star locatio.

The tacos were cracked so as you took a bite they fell apart. The fries were so salty I could barely eat them. They were barely warm. If I had eaten in the restaurant I would have asked to redo my order

Everything was good getting my meal haven't ate all day and staying at a hotel, service and everything was great, so I got my meal and this happens, as we are all human, but I found a piece of foil in my food when I was getting ready to put hot sauce, again we all make mistakes, just saying careful to the staff for tonight, check before giving out the order thank you.

I went through the drive through today and was pleasantly surprised by the service. It was the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday and they just had 2 employees working. But despite that and me ordering enough food to feed a family of 4 my order came out quick and accurate. I was so impressed I had to stop and ask for their names. So thank you Jhoanna and Nick you guys are doing an amazing job!

They "scanned" my rewards code, but when I checked the app, they never really scanned it. Also, they couldn't even use my gift card, even though I still had money in it.

I ordered a chicken guac burrito and received a beef queso burrito. I didn't realize until I arrived home. I am visiting out of town had I had access to a vehicle I would've driven back. I wasted money on an inedible meal. I don't eat beef period. Wasted time gas and money on an establishment that doesn't value it's customer's or employees that don't care enough about their service either way I won't return. Honestly, American fast food is trash I don't know I patron establishments.

It was a drive thru orders fish tacos. The tortillas ripped that's why it's a 4. They need to warm up those tortillas good. Still good flavor. Also ordered a burrito and it was good right size.
