I placed an order through Uber eats and asked for napkins and hot sauce which none were given. Also didnāt have straws and I had 3 drinks. I was suppose to get crunchy tacos and I got all soft tacos, I spent $60 on this order and common sense at least would be to provide napkins and straws with drinks. I called to let them know and the lady that answered was VERY rude very unprofessional and not willing to fix anything. Her response to me was āI know youāre lying because my cook made crunchy tacos!ā She then continued to say I was lying and that she could have a supervisor send me the video footage. I didnāt want video footage of anything a simple apology wouldāve been appreciated. I hope not all the employees here are like this, she needs training on customer service!!! Never again will I order from here. Do a better job with your employees del taco!!!
