I placed an order through Uber eats and asked for napkins and hot sauce which none were given. Also didn’t have straws and I had 3 drinks. I was suppose to get crunchy tacos and I got all soft tacos, I spent $60 on this order and common sense at least would be to provide napkins and straws with drinks. I called to let them know and the lady that answered was VERY rude very unprofessional and not willing to fix anything. Her response to me was “I know you’re lying because my cook made crunchy tacos!” She then continued to say I was lying and that she could have a supervisor send me the video footage. I didn’t want video footage of anything a simple apology would’ve been appreciated. I hope not all the employees here are like this, she needs training on customer service!!! Never again will I order from here. Do a better job with your employees del taco!!!

Del Taco has consistently great tasting Mexican fast food. Real cheese! Delicious beans (as a Mexican, this is key for me). The fries are also among the best tasting around. Great tasting salsas. Epic burritos live up to their name. At this particular restaurant, the staff always get my order right at the drive-thru. I go often and they must listen carefully because they get it right. Mostly friendly staff is a nice touch.

Don't know why, but the long-time manager is no longer running this location, and that hurt the operations here. Wish they would run the a/c more often and lower i very inconsistent .
I went this morning to get breakfast and the lady who was taking my order made me feel rushed and they also had the music on so loud and I kept repeating myself. Also when I got the potatoes they were raw and everything was cold. It’s weird because when I go in the afternoon everything is spot on and the lady’s are so nice. But never am I going again the morning.

This exact location is a model for how all Del Tacos should be run. Fast, professional, most importantly the interior kitchen and dining room are super clean. Since Ashley took over, these people are rock stars. I only bring this up because I've been to many Del Taco and they are dirty compared to this one

Certain morning employees here need to be addressed to be respectful to customers. We don’t need to see or hear any drama! Behaving very childish and unprofessional while at work in front of customers it’s a big No! No!Sorry, being very loud and using vulgar and obscene language between you guys is very rude and unpleasant to hear also your load music playing in the back is not cool either!
