This was my first time here, and the pizza is very good and ingredients are very fresh! We had a huge order for my workplace and the gentleman who made our pizzas was the most wonderful guy. He was so nice and not bothered at all by our big order, which a lot of people might be. He labeled every pizza and I could tell he made them with care. He made sure to ask if I wanted cheese and peppers and napkins, and even offered help out to the car. I just really appreciate good customer service and this guy was phenomenal. I don't know his name but he was a very tall gentleman. I will definitely be back for the pizza and the service!

Love D'Flame pizza. They have the freshest ingredients and the attention to detail that the staff puts in while preparing the pizza is the best.We've been to other chain restaurants that specialize in building your own pizza and the workers always seem unhappy to be there and they just throw the toppings onto the pizza crust; but not at D'Flame. The workers carefully place ingredients throughout the pizza to ensure that every slice is the same.You can build your own pizza or you can order from a list of their best sellers. I got the margherita pizza on cauliflower crust and my husband got the al pastor. We both loved our pizzas. Love the variety of toppings, sauces and crusts they offer. There is something for everybody there. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome establishment!!! Cauliflower crust pizza is beyond belief and better than pieology. Staff is friendly. Ingredients appeared as fresh as fresh can be. Their chipotle pesto sauce is worth it's weight in gold. The only downside about this particular D'FLAME is that i just recently found out that it is here at the mountain village (East).

We had our rehearsal dinner at Pitrelli's on Friday March 13, 2020. On Thursday 3/12, Ohio banned "public" gatherings over 100. Weddings were excluded (at that time), but understandably out-of-town guests started cancelling. Kari at Pitrelli's was absolute gem to work with, even before I called her in a panic. They let us lower the number attending the rehearsal the evening before. They were so understanding and accommodating! The rehearsal itself was everything we wanted and more! The private room was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious and abundant. The service impeccable. I highly recommend Pitrelli's for dinner in general, but also for any private dining event.

Good service, very clean. The crust tasted very fresh. I'm looking forward to trying their churros next time. The thick crust takes a bit longer to cook, but is also good. No Dr. Pepper in the soda fountain. :(

Put way to much jalapeno ranch . It's a strong taste that overpowers the entire pizza, and its fresh, but no. First time here, mhhm. No good on this one.⁵
