Ordered dominos cuz I love me some pizza. Every time I order from this particular store they are always skimppyy with the toppings 😒 literally can get more toppings on my pizza at little caesars pizza then at this place smhhh..never ordering from this skimpy ass place again.

The worst customer service and quality of food that I have ever experienced at a fast food chain. First, I called to place an order and was hung up o. I called back and no apology was given for the call being disconnected.
Secondly, I picked up my order and the worst bbq wings were given to me. The wings barely had any sauce and when asked about the wings, the employee was rude and didn’t attempt to fix my issue. I will never give this establishment another penny. Please save your money and go somewhere else where your business is appreciated.

I used to not have any issues ordering from them in the past, but today was enough to make me never want to order from this Domino’s again. Their website showed the delivery would be made in 35-45 minutes. Over an hour later, I checked the website again and it showed that they just put the pizza in the oven. I called multiple times just for them to either place me on hold immediately or hang up after a few minutes while on hold. The craziest part is that the website showed the pizza is being delivered. I was on hold again for 10+ minutes by that point. I hung up, called again, and someone answered. I requested that my order be canceled. The guy asked, “Are you sure? It’s almost out the door.” What??? Why are you showing on the website that the order has left the store when it’s still in the “almost out the door” phase of this transaction. This place is clearly doing Domino’s a disservice.

Waited a hour and ten minutes for cold pizza and the manager claimed she couldn't compensate or do anything about it but cancel it it's already 10:20 too late for my kids to eat anything else and they already waited so long you guys suck so not order from dominos they are so unprofessional

So I ordered take out on Saturday right at 7:30pm on the app. Now usually I get a notification within minutes indicating someone is working on order which I did and said 22 min order estimate time. I get to the store at 8:02pm thinking my order was ready and it was not. It was a wreck at the store as I was not the only person waiting for orders and staff looked full I counted 10 personnel. I kept asking what was the delay usually dominos has a 30 min policy and employee said we are working on it. I waited 1 hour and 21 min for my order to be ready and the worse part they just rushed my pizza and when I asked for manager they said not available and we are busy. This was the outcome of a pizza when opened.

They are not in fact closed at 12. They close at 10. They do deliveries till 12. ( And it doesn't say that anywhere online by the way)

They keep hanging up on me! I have called back 3 times each time they take 25 min to answer just to hang up on you! I’ve been trying to order since 8:44pm it’s already 10:16pm and no luck on getting an order in - horrible

I come here and do the carside service, and I'm never disappointed.
Orders two pizzas and two wings w 8 peices each , they made an error and didn't deliver one, i called in and they said if I still wanted it but that I have to pay for delivery again even though it was THEIR ERROR, they said they'll give me a discount on the wings but itll still be the same since i still have to pay for the delivery?? Such a scam.
