The employees at the airport location are very slow and sloppy. The drinks and food taste horrible. They all need more training and more employees as it gets busy.

Wrong hours listed, so mobile ordering doesn't work.
HORRIBLE!!!!!! Not sure when I ordered a vanilla iced latte in a 16 oz cup with 4 shots they heard got Americano add milk but it was terrible and I ordered the breakfast sandwich what sandwich doesn’t have mayo ?? It was dry bread hard cheese and hard bacon and a egg the only reason they got even the 1 star was the person running the till was kind a of nice
I was in line when they were loading donuts and saw flies coming out of the carrier spoke to manager Quinnlan and she confirm they have this problem and they don’t know how to get rid of it
Their plain black coffee was quite good. The maple sugar bacon sandwich I ordered... not so much. It was not good... get your coffee and donuts here, but get your food at Einstein Bros. Bagels or Chik-Fil-A next to gate 405.

This place is located by the entrance of Terminal 4. To go orders only. No tables for dining. There's always a line here with 1 cashier. Wait times can be longer than expected.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts drinks I’ve ever had. We ordered 3 medium cold drinks. 1 med cold brew with almond milk < no milk. 1 med frozen coffee that tasted nasty. About the only drink half way decent was the strawberry coolatta. The cashier was about the only good experience. I even tippped $6 and just was super disappointed.
Service was cool. The sourdough sandwich was $5 which was shocking for a huge tasty bacon double egg and cheese sandwich. It was enough for two. The donuts are just ok.
Good tasting coffee and enjoying it while airport. Mmmm
This is one of the best places to go at the airport. They don’t jack up the prices, and they are fast.
Oh. My. God. You guys, there's now a Dunkin Donuts in Ontario Airport! Born and raised in the 909, locals have come to love Ontario Airport for it's simplicity and convenience. We sacrificed all the culinary delights one would find at a larger airport in lieu of a quick security line, small clean terminal, and overall pleasant experience. Now that Dunkin has arrived at ONT, I can't imagine why anyone would fly in to any other airport when coming to the Inland Empire.
