Wrong order of snacking bacons to just be normal bacon…. The bacon was cold and they didn’t bother to heat up the snacking bacon nor the bagel bites. So you just bite into a cold mess

The Dunkin’ at Ontario Airport is a total lifesaver—my coffee was hot and fresh, and the staff moved fast even with a line. Got my usual iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich, and both hit the spot. It’s awesome having a reliable Dunkin’ right in the terminal. Great start to the travel day!

Horrible donuts and coffee, plus service really bad. A cashier took wrong orders for three times. Waiting my time and money. Didn’t bother to get a refund cuz there was a long line waiting behind. Donuts are cold and hard, too old.. (locates at terminal 2)

Service was good, food was decent enough. The glazed donut was soft and really good, the croissant was alright. I’d order it again. Not many options anyway but you’re probably good to try this out.

Every single time I have ever ordered I am always told there are no croissants available today I ordered online croissants were marked available made the edit to my order and they still got it wrong. At this point just shut this place down it’s getting ridiculous at this point.

Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before a worker on her phone decided to come over, two minutes into that another worker that was cleaning tried to call her over but was just ignored. I tried three times to order a frozen drink but kept just getting a response back of do you want a cold brew….
Only real option here but terrible management. One employee working hard while two more just set on there phone.

The customer service was very poor. They called my number and 2 bags were placed on counter. The black girl ( yes she black) had attitude. I simply asked which one was mine and she pulled on back without saying anything and I figured the one that was left was mine. To confirm it was it was mine, I asked her if it was order. She was dismissive and acted as if I was bothering her. She replied it's yours. And walked away. I hate to burst your bubble, but it's almost the same with everywhere. It's the usual suspects..
