I got food poisoning from an egg and cheese on a bagel - caused vomiting on the plane, airport, and all night - needed an IV. They are not meeting food safety standards and should be reported.

Asked for 3 items; coffee, brisket sandwich, and a roll with Jalapeño and Cheddar. First they gave me the brisket but instead of a separate roll they made the brisket sandwich with cheddar-jalapeno roll. No. They tried to change my order to 2 brisket sandwiches. No. They gave it another try; I left the area, opened the package, and they gave me a Jalapeño Cheddar roll cut in half, one half placed with the top of the brisket, and the brisket top replaced with the other half of the cheddar-jalapeno roll. Still couldn't do it right. This place is way too expensive for things like that. Won't go here again.

Management and efficiency are so bad. It took me more than 50min to place order and get my food. While staffs are working as hard as them can, but the managers are just talking to each other and seems no clue to absorb the long line and leave the staffs to work so hard with sweats and customers wait with high anxiety of missing plane

Definitely recommend this place over dunkin if you want a good sandwich or pastry. Have always liked Einstein. Even juat a good bagel with cream cheese is really good. Sometimes keeping it simple still works.

Bagel was hard and stale. Could only choke down two bites. Typical airport food where you are captive, have few choices and doubtful I’d get a refund.

So.... I don't tip anywhere if I have to stand at a counter to order and apparently that means at this Einstein Bros they make sure you get the least amount of cream cheese possible on your bagel...

It was $5. I'm 1000% certain the bagel ingredients cost less than $.25. That certainly doesn't mean you should skimp on the cream cheese. Service was quick and polite but they might have missed the training on bagel to cream cheese ratio. You're not rewarded for keeping the cream cheese BTW. The franchise owner could care less. You skimping on the cream cheese does more harm then good... Do better next time.

I had a sour experience with one cashier but after I spoke with the other employees they went above and beyond to help me and ensure I was satisfied. I truly appreciate them making things right. Even more pleased the business replied right away even after things were remediated.

This is my favorite breakfast stop whenever I’m flying out of Ontario Airport. The lines can be long, but since I usually travel early in the morning and have plenty of time before boarding, I don’t mind waiting for one of their delicious jalapeño cheese bagels. The coffee is always excellent, and the service is friendly despite how busy it gets. The place is well-maintained and clean, which I really appreciate. I love coming here!

I ordered their regular coffee, but it wasn’t hot when served. They did offer to warm it up, which was nice, but it still wasn’t brewed perfectly. Not the best coffee experience overall.
