This place is convenient if you are at the Ontario Airport early and want a pretty basic bagel sandwich with coffee or a drink. Since it is open before most other food/coffee places in the early morning it is usually crowded and the wait is a little long, at least until the other coffee shops open.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.Staff is irritable, there was only a pilot eating when I arrived so not sure what the attitude was. Ordered a BLT, watched them break a slice of bacon in half for the entire sandwich. Waited several minutes while they located lettuce. Manager appeared to have an attitude as well when asked by her TM of how to ring up the custom order.Bagel was hard, one slice of bacon and the lettuce wilted. Wont return.

Quick and easy service, nice people and clean eating areas. Food was good. I got the signature farmhouse and it was really good. Lots of options with ability to make the bagel thinner, only have egg whites (which I did!) and more.This is in an airport and usually airport food is a no no but this was good. I think I'll def be eating here every time I come. Prices were reasonable as well. You'd expect $10 bagels but I paid $7!! Very comparable to real world. Solid place, solid eats, Harwant approved :)

I decided to try Einstein Bros for the first time as I have travelled internationally and am unfamiliar with the menu. Rosalie was lovely taking my order and accommodating me however the lady in the red shirt (Michon, I believe her name was) was extremely rude. I had waited on my order for no less than 30 minutes before I had gone up to the counter to ask about my order. they had missed my order because of some technical issue which was understandable however she had spoken to me as if I was stupid and repeated the same line 3 times. as someone unfamiliar with the menu I had agreed with what she had asked just for the sake of getting her to stop being condescending towards me. she then prepared part of my order without allowing me to finish what it was that I was saying and after I had received half my order I then let her know that I was missing a hash brown. and she spoke to me as if I wasn't there and referred to me to her coworker saying "well why didn't she tell me" twice as if I was in the wrong. the coworker responded "yeah get her" as if to egg her on. I assumed that they would know my order because midway she did find the receipt and acknowledged that there had been a mishap with the register, something that I was understanding of. throughout this whole interaction I didn't get a sorry or a thank you or anything- just huffs and sighs as if I was inconveniencing them. all in all worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life and will never return. I'm not sure if she's had a bad morning or week but it is unfair to take it out on me. I voiced it to the manager to ensure that it doesn't happen in future with any other customers but seeing how comfortable she is being that rude to people, I'm sure there won't be any repercussions for her and she will continue to do what she does.

The lady at the register was very rude and distasteful when asked to do so. Each time I would try to order item and say another word, she kept cutting me off as if she was annoyed. Yes the food tastes good, but I wouldn’t come back as far as customer service goes.

Always a safe bet for breakfast and I have had this place many times. Ordered a breakfast bagel with egg, bacon and cheese. Food didn't take long and service was very friendly. This place has so many options for bagels any time of day, there is something for everyone.

Very friendly service, very quick turnaround on orders, and the lox and bagel sandwich that I ordered and the iced mocha. Coffee were tasty. Exactly what I ordered done on exactly how I expected.
