I love coming here to get my chicken bowls but I’m unfortunately going to stop because for the past 3 visits my beans in my pollo bowl are always hard. Like 25% soft beans and the other hard and hard inside and it always throws me off when eating so I throw it away. And bring back vitamin water please.

I live locally and whether I am ordering at the drive-thru or in store they are fast and kind workers. HONESTLY THEY ARE OVER WORKED AND UNDER STAFFED. The food is always delicious and I never hesitate to stop and get food at this location.

Tried this company for the first time this afternoon and glad I did. Had the chipotle guacamole chicken burrito and it was delicious and the young man behind the counter was very friendly.

Not the same food burnt chicken . Been going here since my kids were 2 and 4years old. Mashed potatoes gravy and macaroni taste like sink water. Not even worth a coupon 20 leg and thigh. 2 sides. What happened to this place. See the menu now for the price wow.

Ordered today 10/12/25 at almost 5pm. The chicken was extremely salty to the point it had to be thrown away. The salad looked old and they didn't include the gravy with our order. Will not return.
Had to go round and wait for delicious fresh tacos and they gifted church's for the wait 😍 im older so I remember back when fast food use to fo that as a sorry and I appreciate the team who did this and worked at 1 pm on 9/ 24/25

Today, I walked into this pollo loco to place a super simple order for lunch. There were 3 men taking their sweet time ordering for like 10 min. At no time did the staff open an additional register. The line was to the door. I was already not happy. Then, I get to work and find the pollo bowl 2/3 full. Not completely full. This is nonsense. It was carelessly made. I probably won't be back.
