Put in an online order which went to this store instead of the store in Chino. Called this store and canceled the order right away explaining that it was sent there by mistake. They canceled the order. Come to find out, I was charged for that order. Money was taken out of my account. I contacted the management and they said they would take care of it. It's now been a month and no refund. I have contacted them twice and been into that store 3 times and still no refund. I have not made any more purchases from El Pollo since this has happened. Beware when using the online app. It does not update your location for the correct store. You will lose your order and money.
Update: After 5 weeks of trying to get this issue resolved, they finally did.

We now HAVE TO order on a kiosk. Without any help from the employees. It is very frustrating when you get to a restaurant, hungry and tired. and ask for help and am told that is the only way to order. So I do my order which was over $40 and want to pay cash.
Well guess what, that machine does not take cash so I have to re input my order all over again in to the other kiosk.
Very frustrating, probably will not be coming back.
