I ordered a meal for two, including Small Mac n Cheese, Small Corn, Loco Side Salad, Churro, four Corn Tortillas, and two Legs & Thighs. The total cost, including tax, was $15.21 and reasonable.
In just 15 minutes, I received a notification that my food was ready for pickup. I arrived promptly and found the restaurant nearly empty. The interior was clean, with staff frequently cleaning the tables. The friendly woman at the counter greeted me warmly and efficiently took my order details. I was able to pick up my food almost immediately.
The food was delicious. The Grilled Chicken Legs and Thighs were perfectly cooked and flavorful. The Mac n Cheese, Corn, Salad, and Churro were also tasty. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and plan to return soon to try more of their dishes.

The server was pretty rude and inefficient when calling me to the counter with only 1/2 of my order ready, but the manager on duty just now stepped up and addressed the issue, apologized, and resolved it while dealing with a crowded store.

I had an amazing experience at El Pollo Loco! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — especially the fire-grilled chicken, which was juicy and full of that signature smoky flavor. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and my order was prepared quickly and accurately. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend!

Third time I come here and they dont ever have any salsa roja ready packed or any at all, employees have a nasty attitude when asking for anything. Definitely not giving this place any chances.
My debit card information was most likely stolen from this location from a female employee at the drive thru. I saw her with her phone out with my card. I reached out to the manager Karen to ask if they can view the surveillance video but never heard back from her or her supervisor Stephanie. I would avoid this place at all costs.
