Would give it zero stars if I could. I ordered the classic chicken burrito combo. When I got my meal the burrito was 99% rice and beans with the smallest amount of chicken possible. When I brought it up to the counter they said I ate the burrito already and they can't do anything. I only had two bites when I realized they didn't put any chicken in the burrito! I love El Pollo Loco but will never come back to this location.

The worst restaurant ever. Every time we go the food is terrible. The food is always Cold, the tortillas are always cold & Soggy. The chicken is always Cold, we have to wait over 30 minutes just to get our food & somehow it still comes out terrible. I honestly dont understand what is up with this Pollo Loco. They really need to fix these issues at this restaurant & find new employees that actually like to do their job correctly... possibly even needs new management. I wish the restaurant by my house didn't burn down cause that one was the best.
Service is not the best. I ordered a lot of stuff the containers weren't filled, my chips were the wrong size no utensils nor napkins.The customer service sucks!

(1pm - 10/21/23) I ordered through the Pollo Loco app but was going to eat quickly at the restaurant because i was in a hurry to meet a client. The cashier with the green hair was very nice.! However after sitting down I noticed I was missing an order of tortillas that I paid for. I went back and there was another female employee and she ignored me while she was talking to another male employee who was n the rep station. I finally had to intervene and tell her that I was missing an order of tortillas. The male employee had a bothered face and it seemed like he was in charge or was a sort of supervisor. He didn't look at me in a nice way while he was trying to get prep my tortillas. I was in a hurry so I just decided to go back to the table and eat as quickly as possible. The employees didn't bother also to bring the missing item to me. It seems that those two employees just socialize too much while they work or don't take their job seriously. I didn't want the tortillas anymore anyways and I didn't trust the male employee who was preparing them for me. I wasn't going to eat them comfortably.

We got there at 10pm when it's advertised they close at 10:30. They said they were out of chicken & they only had a quesadilla and some sides available. They were just sitting down on their phones not doing anything. Idk why they don't just close at 10pm since they aren't going to work or cook any chicken .
