I am not one to give negative reviews but tonight this location was not service related at all. The girl at the drive up window had attitude. Took my card to pay but could not even look at where she was handing it back. Asked if I ordered a small side which I did but she failed to place it on the order. Received food but we realized after driving off never received our drink. Now at home eating a small salad with not dressing. The price of food and the lack of service is got me giving this shift a zero.

Came to pick up dinner after work. The place wasn’t filthy but it wasn’t clean either. This place just has kiosks for orders, which I personally don’t like. I requested 6 green salsas as permitted by my order. They gave me 2 red, 2 green. Perhaps understaffed bc I was standing there for a min waiting for someone to come over and help me. I got my green salsas and left. Food was good. Got home and realized I didn’t get my chips :( I think I’ll go to another location next time.

This place does not know how to get an order correctly. I have gone on three different occasions and every single occasion something was wrong with the order. I have a gluten allergy and can get extremely sick by consuming gluten, so I ask for no rice. Guess what I got in my order? RICE!!! If you want an order made correctly, I don't recommend going here.

Weirdest interaction and order was wrong… I’m ordering through the drive thru and the person taking my order keeps laughing with her coworkers while i’m trying to order. Then we get to the window and that interaction was so weird for many reasons. Anyways, I laughed it off and left but then I saw my order was wrong 😭 I paid extra for the cilantro dressing and I didn’t get it nor did I get the salsa I asked for also. My son’s original pollo bowl that was supposed to be plain, was not. Then my double chicken bowl had lettuce instead of cabbage in it and it was only maybe 3 little pieces in it? I also got very little tiny shredded cut dark meat in my bowl. I was looking for the cheese and sour cream and it was like the tiniest amount i’ve ever seen 😂😩Im just so confused by this whole interaction and I won’t be returning.

It's absolutely the worst tasting Pollo Loco around, and I've tried many. Don't know why it's gone downhill. They were always my favorite. The food is prepared elsewhere , I think, the Chicken is still cut up in the back, but it's cut differently, and there was no flavor. I paid 15.00 for a 2 piece worthless chicken that as I write, my stomach hurts. I'm taking the time to write this because I don't want anyone else to fall into the trap. I bought an Iced tea and asked for a lemon, I couldn't believe they said they didn't have lemons. They always had lemons, more money, smaller pieces of chicken with no flavor,and to make matters worse, I was on my lunch hour and I used the machine because no one took my order while I'm entering my order a man comes in and jumps in front of me and the girl took his order and he was served before me, oh!!he'll nooo. Never coming back, the damage is done, good job whoever you are because that's not the Pollo Loco I knew.

Best El Pollo Loco locally I've been going to this one for awhile they have the best customer service. My go to is a plain pollo bowl with just rice and chicken combo haha. With a new addition the queso dip with it which is fire in my opinion. I would shout out the cooks if I knew their names haha.
This is THE BEST El Pollo Loco in the Inland Empire! The restaurant is always clean. The food was fresh, and the customer service was amazing! Great job to this management team!! 👏👏👏
