I go to this el pollo frequently since i work across the way and i usually get helped by Antonia she is the best! Very kind and sweet she is the main reason I go there. I hope management sees this review i have been in the food industry for over 7 years and I know how it is. But she is doing a fantastic job!

I will never come to this location again. I did an online order and I was given incorrect food. I added extra chicken and I didn’t get it. I got a side of Mac and cheese for $5 and it was literally 1/4 of a cup. The chicken meal was two tiny pieces of chicken. The chicken crunchy tacos were completely broken up into pieces. I have never gotten such horrible food from here. It was $30 and it will barely feed two people, not 4 like I needed it to.

Well, I don't know what's wrong with them, they see you there waiting to order and they only stare at you for 7 minutes waiting and nothing, there are like 10 workers and not one is worthy of helping you. It's a busy country where we're all going about our business. If it were full, I'd understand, but it's always there. empty I understand why. They put screens so you can order and not bother them in their conversation. I will continue visiting pollo loco but other places this one three times already and the same thing.
