I've purchased meals from farmer boys since the 90'S, when it was family owned and the meals were consistently good ie Moreno Valley. I don't know what happened, with the quality assurance, but the 2 locations Jurupa Ave/Etiwanda and Slover/ Cherry Fontana consistently serve bad meals for lunch and dinner.

The waitresses seemed contemptuous of pleasantries. Ordered a shake ahead of time when I got there they said they had no more left as the cook was sipping on the last one. Haha. Decent food but bad customer service

This store has always had its issues. Inaccurate orders, slow order preparati on, mediocre service and now... Taking orders and closing before the customer is due to pick up the order. On top of that, they were rude and not helpful when they were told of this issue. The manager refused to engage in any type of helpful, solution based conversation. Wouldn't give me the number to Corporate. I had to get the Corporate number from another store! Long story short, avoid this store!

It's been a long time since I've eaten at (or worked) at this Farmer Boys. But I told my fiance that we needed to stop in and eat at least once during our stay in California. The food was served fresh and quickly, and the servers were kind and attentive. The zuchinni was just as I remembered (ask for chili ranch) and the farmer's burger was tasty and delectable. I'm glad to see the many different additions and updates to the menu, and can't thank you enough for the nice nostalgia experience.
