Great food, best sandwiches of all and you get a pickel.
Best subs of any other competition.
Brisket Cheddar is thee best sandwhich of all time!!!
friendly service, prompt delivery after purchase and the food is always amazing. Close by to my workplace. Love that the proceeds go to the first responders.
They recommended using the garlic bread for the sandwich, so we did, and well it was AMAZING!!!
My sandwiches were perfectly made. Great customer service.
Very easy to pick it up

I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. My order is always correct and delicious. My go to sandwiches are the chicken, bacon and ranch or the new french dip.
Really good service too
Firstly I just have to say, this was my first time ever eating anything from a Firehouse Subs, and I must admit I was not disappointed. When I first entered the establishment I was greeted by a very kindly lady with red hair, and then eventually I was aided by an even kinder lady, I believe her name was Alyssa or something of the like. After I placed my order the wait for my food was brief, yet plentiful in terms of allowing me time to enjoy the firefighter/titular firehouse ambience. I ordered the Spicy Cajun Chicken Sub and ate half of it dining in, and then half the day after, and somehow it tasted even better the next day!! Overall I'd highly recommend this establishment!

Preface: I am a Veteran.
After a long day at work I decided to eat firehouse subs and enjoy a free sandwich for Veterans Day.
When I walked in I stood behind another Veteran who was waiting to order but apparently got denied. He asked to speak to the manager who then began to offer excuse after excuse about why the he WOULDN’T honor the free sandwich for Veterans on this Veterans Day.
His first excuse was: “He already gave out over 200 free sandwiches today”. Why is it the Veteran’s fault for enjoying a free sandwich on Veterans Day?
His second excuse: “He was short staffed”, but, there were only 3 customers in the store and there were 3 employees working.
His third excuse: “One of his employees just got injured in the back.” How is this my fault?
He eventually offered to take care of the Veteran in front of me, but when I asked about the Veterans Day special, he shut me down and only offered a quick apology that did not seem genuine at all.
I left and decided I would never come back.

Came in for Veterans Day, drove over 20 minutes to get a free sub only for the person in charge to say they put a pause on it. However, the man in front was given the free sub as he was also a veteran. In total wasted 40 minutes only to be treated with attitude.
