I have been to multiple Firehouse Subs and never encountered a problem ordering food or redeeming a birthday reward. I don’t know if it’s a new app thing or staff needs better training. It showed in their system I had 10,000 points yet couldn’t redeem them…

Service is bad, order online and got there 20 minutes later and they didn't even have it ready. I showed them on my end I had it for ASAP, and they said oh it's not going to be ready for another 30 minutes. Wasted my time and they were really rude.

Service was great! It was very clean inside and food the sandwich wasn't the best I've had maybe I should try something else next time. I ordered the turkey bacon and it there wasn't enough bacon for me.

Service: I notice that for not giving them a tip they made me wait longer than usual. I say this because I saw the workers literally lean back on the counter just doing nothing then few moments later one of them calls out my name. Oh did I mentioned that I was the only one there!! I like the place but the only deterrent is the service. Too bad.
Firehouse Subs has great tasting hot subs comparable to noONE.The Beef and cheddar brisket is my favorite and I love the sauces you can add !!The Jamaican Jerk chicken sandwich is alright to!!I have been to this location since they first opened and frequented many times. Customer service has been good.

I had problems with this place a few months ago people working were rude and treated me like I was nobody the sandwiches were just ok they don't put allot of meat and the price for then isn't justified for it. I got the t mobile Tuesday offer for a sandwich of course I have to buy something to get it . I have to order on line to get the sandwich of course they're system is down so I couldn't get the sandwich that was the final straw I am going to tell my friend and family not to go there or was a wasted 8 mile drive food is mediocre if you want a good sandwich go to Jersey Mike's bottom line.
I did a pick up order everything was good except I got my kids the kids meal one of them was missing a cookie it just had a pickle instead by the time I got home and noticed it wouldn’t have given me enough time to get back there before they closed

It's one of our regular sub and sandwich joints. I usually order ahead for pick up on the app and eat it at home. We've eaten here a few times for lunch and dinner. Inside, there's plenty of seating. When the weather isn't too hot or cold, you can sit outside on the planters.It's always good service. Since most of their food has to be heated up, it takes a while to make subs. We order from the app when we remember. They have a dedicated pick up area.They make their subs on the sweeter side if you like that.Overall, great service and food. I give it a thumbs up!

Service was friendly, but what we got was barely filling nor had what was advertised. It had no mushrooms nor bell peppers as advertised. $13.99 for large sized before tax and tip, not filling at all and left unsatisfied. Felt a bit like highway robbery when meat options were only $1-2 more... definitely not coming back when craving a veggie sub.

Finally tried this place. Wow. Best sandwich place around. We ordered the Italian sub made into a salad (w/ double meat) and the Jamican jerky Turkey sandwich. Everything tasted fresh and bomb! We will be back! Staff was super friendly also.
