Craving a good hamburger; went to Fuddruckers to get that craving filled. Good food, friendly staff and clean establishment. Extremely good milkshakes to go with the burgers. My boyfriend got the mint milkshake, tasted like mint chip ice cream yummy. Food is fresh & served in a timely manner. Only downfall is the price, totally worth it though. The coca cola drink machine allows you to create a new drink or try one of the flavored sodas. Went middle of the week around 1230 and it was quiet.

The staff was super friendly, everyone working there said hello. My Dad use to take me to Fuddruckers when I was a kid, not that exact location. The food tasted the same, the buns are the best. Only one suggestion, you use to have best foods/ Hellmans mayo and you've made the switch to Heinz, yuck! The world's greatest burger needs only the best condiments... something that small can make a huge difference in your taste experience. Please consider changing it back

Best Burgers I've ever had. Ordered the Tex-Mex and my wife ordered the Mushroom Swiss. I preferred the Mushroom Swiss over the Tex-Mex, but they were both cooked to perfection (medium-rare). Regular Fries and sweet potato fries were delicious, I love the fresh toppings buffet and went in on the jalapeños and pepperchinis. Also ordered the Oreo Shake and it was creamy and delicious with plenty of Oreo cookie chunks. My only complaint is that the shake didn't come with a thicker straw and I ended up eating the shake with a spoon due to its thickness.

Great great staff! Super clean Fresh vegetables No flies My son is in a very big wheelchair and we were easily accommodated. After receiving our meal one of my burgers was not cooked to satisfaction, They re did the burger and Doreen brought it back to our table. I watch her go around and check on it's of people. I like good but I love good customer service. Doreen gets 10 stars from me Great for families

1st time visit and I was disappointed in the burgers that I had as was my wife. Ordered two meals. My burger was dry my wife's burger was just okay. To be charged $30 my expectation was that these burgers would be great. My sweet potatoe fries tested like they just came out of the freezer and were tossed into a fryer. The people that work here seem nice thus this is not a customer service issue more quality control or the wrong person making the burgers and fries. This was my 1st and last trip to this location. I can get much better food at a much better price. Look up the chain now I can see why they have closed down a number of locations.

At Fuddruckers, you get to dress your own burgers. You can choose the type of meat, and the size (1/4, 1/3, 1/2). They cook it perfectly to your liking (well, medium, or rare), then you put on the burger whatever condiments and veggies you like from the "bar". It's the closest you can get to a backyard grill as a restaurant can offer. The milkshakes are awesome! They always make more than what fits in the glass, and bring you the rest in the mixing cup they used to make it. The cookies are really good, as well. This is one of many Fuddruckers I have been to across the country. The people are very friendly, the food is well prepared, and the dining area is kept clean. They need one or two more ketchup dispensers, though. I definitely recommend it for all burger lovers!

It's been awhile since we ate at a Fuddruckers... Lots of fun memories at other locations that have since closed. This location is perfect, right by the Ontario Mills and theaters! Clean and fun music. All of our meals were perfect and delicious: hamburger, turkey burger and chicken salad. (A bit surprised about the small size of fries served with the combo burger.) And we still enjoy adding all of the fixings to our hearts content. And, a great big thank you to the very kind and happy manger! I don't recall her name... Starts with a "D". She made time to take our order with a smile, and later we saw her working hard, cleaning, with the rest of the employees.

I was on vacation in Ontario and decided to stop so glad we did. The food was so amazing. I wish we had one in Bakersfield. The meat was so juicy. Loved that you can eat you're wedges with jalapeno cheese. I would definitely eat there again

Food was good. Prices were ridiculously high. I got a beyond burger meal. It comes with a fries and drink. I added bacon and avocado. It came to over $18. It's good but I only go when I'm in town. Not an everyday type of place.

Came to this one... twice. All I got to say is do not come on a busy day or you'll get screwed over. My burger was way smaller, burger wasn't cooked right and I paid way more for a combo that I ordered a few days before. Even with different fries. Also less amount of fries. I really should've ignore the dudes suggestions. Also veggies weren't as fresh. Waaaay too expensive for what I got the second time around. Debating if I want to come back. Customer service from the cashier was good. The other area as well on the first time.
