Low staffed. Food was burnt and took over 30 minutes. Waitress was overwhelmed. Will not go to this location again. Also was giving wrong check then when she brought correct check it had errors. Took 20 minutes just to pay.

I love the Black Angus Experiences! They are a great value. This particular Black Angus is my favorite. The wait staff is always fantastic and eager to accommodate. can't wait until the next one.

Very delicious starters and nicely cooked steak and food. Luis did a great job serving our table and brought us the food cooked according to our requirements. A memorable dinner that we will repeat soon

We had a waiter named Luis that didn't listen to us. On the surface he acted attentive but showing up to the table without listening to the orders or requests from your patrons is not attentive. It started with asking for lemon in my water - not a huge deal, having to ask again. Then two people at the table ordered their steak medium rare and both came out medium well (very little pink). I asked for a the steak Cobb salad with balsamic vinaigrette instead of the listed house vinaigrette. (I knew they had balsamic because it was listed on the salad before mine on the menu) I also asked for a side of blue cheese dressing. He brought a salad with house vinaigrette and the blue cheese crumbles on the side. I asked for the blue cheese dressing and didn't notice the vinaigrette was wrong until I started to pour it on my salad. When my Aunt said something, he tried to gaslight us and told us it's the only vinaigrette they have. I pointed out the other salad on the menu had the balsamic and then he said “oh I can bring you the other one”. The other issue I had with Luis is he tried to push my mom into purchasing more than she wanted again and again because it was her birthday. He needed to take a hint. The food we received that was right was very good. This server is not doing this restaurant and chef justice.

This is by far the worst Black Angus we have ever dined at. The food was not fresh. The presentation was okay but the quality of the food was horrible. The franchised owner is this place really should look into this. We should have k ow because the place was empty. We do not recommend this restaurant. Black Angus in general is a decent and affordable place to get pretty good steak and salad. But not this one.

Didn't enjoy my experience. Service was so-so. Started out strong and then went downhill. Steak was not cooked correctly but didn't have the opportunity to try to cook it more. Liked the bread. People behind us were loud--and was annoying to realize they were employees...wish they had a break room to relax in instead. I'd say the food was expensive but it seemed on par with everywhere else these days.

Worst service ever. The table next to us she was at every 5 seconds. We had to go to the bar to get our own sweetener despite asking 5 times. Never got a salad or water and my husband asked for a glass for his beer and never got. Really terrible
The temperature of my steak was not only not cooked to the medium rare specification I asked for, but once I got back home, I realized that the ribeye steak I purchased and asked for, was not even the piece of meat I actually paid for-- I believed I received either a fatty sirloin or a New York piece instead of the ribeye. I have never had a ribeye so tough and so thick without flavor. The worst portion of the experience however was the massive amount of drain flies, I believe that's what they're called, that kept circling us the entire time we were there. We kept having to shoo away these flies our entire dinner, and ended up packing our entire meal up so we could just leave to not have to experience this any further.
This recent experience was not as good as those in the past. One appetizer was cold (like out of the refrigerator cold). The green beans were blah (tough to eat). Getting refills on drinks was a lesson in futility. We love Black Angus but this particular experience wouldn't prompt us to come back anytime soon. When spending over $300 for a party of 7, you certainly expect more.

Wow! The food was unexpected! I hadn't been to Black Angus in a long time and I was pleasantly surprised! The steaks were cooked perfectly, and everything was delicious. We will definitely be back.
Our waiter was very rude and dismissive, he would practically run away from the table every time we tried to request something. The food was over cooked and under seasoned and definitely not worth the price. Granted, I know I went on Mother's Day so I know to be patient with the staff due to the holiday, but it was not very busy inside and they were not attentive at all. A separate waiter rolled his eyes when we asked for silverware because our main waiter was MIA. The air conditioning was not working so we were all sweating and couldn't even get our waters refilled while we waited for our food. The waiter also made many side comments about what we ordered and questioned my grandmother when she ordered the prime rib, assuming we could not afford it. I am very disappointed in this meal and restaurant.

Please have cooks follow customers orders when it comes to how you are cooking steak , I asked for well done I received a medium steak my waiter had to take back to have it cooked more Thank you
Good was not cooked as requested, meat over cooked and with no flavor whatsoever. The sides were better than the main plate. You can tell they prepare the food and it just sit there on a hot plate for a long time. Ready unfortunate, it use to be way better.
the service was amazing! my server was outstanding and so was my anniversary there! they outdid themselves at making us feel special! only thing i didn't like was how outdated it was, with the style, silverware, plates, etc but overall it was a good experience with the service.

Great dinner and experience at Black Angus in Ontario! Lisa was our server and she provided excellent customer service. She made our entire experience here (first time for 2 of us) incredible and we will definitely return. We had a party of 3 people and ordered the prime rib, filet mignon, and double chicken breasts. Our meals were perfect, especially the steaks. It is hard to find steak places that can actually cook a steak to perfection without destroying it. Lisa was very helpful in ensuring our dinners were prepared perfectly. She was very friendly and helpful, even with the restaurant being packed on a Saturday night, which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend.
