I had gone into the mall today to clear my head and before I started walking around I stopped at Gregorys for a quick coffee. I was looking over the menu and before I knew it a girl by the name of Taylor came up and greeted me. She answered a few questions about the brand for me as I wasn’t familiar with the chain and she helped me narrow down what I wanted. She made my coffee pretty quick and called me over. She handed me my coffee and began to have a quick chat with me. Even though Taylor wasn’t aware that I was having a tough day her personality and casual conversation meant a lot to me in that moment. Who knew that stopping for a cup of coffee was all I needed to switch my day around… thank you Taylor. You don’t realize how much I needed that chat from you.

I needed a pick me up while shopping at Ontario Mills. Luckily found Gregory's Coffee kiosk along the way! I ordered the Biscotti Testarossa Hot, that was pretty good. The spot was clean and tidy. The prices for a small drink came out to about $7, that's a bit pricey for a small cup of coffee. Service was good!

I should have read the reviews before ordering. The Matcha iced latte tasted like nothing, essentially water with a very slight touch of milk. I kept waiting for the matcha to come through but sadly it didnt. Waste of $7.

5 stars across the board, dude! My favorite is the Fall Oat Boy, but I really haven't found anything that I don't like here. Plus the employees are always friendly.
I’ve had this coffee numerous times before and it’s always on point! Today was not that same story! I ordered an iced matcha latte it looked almost white which is never a good sign. It tasted like old ice with milk. I asked to have it remade and it looked exactly the same. They were not able to remake it a second time and could not refund or compensate in any way.

Horrid. Ordered pumpkin latte... and biscotti testarossa. Watered down. I don't know if they are changing ingredients to make more money? Just watered down garbage. Disappointed because usually great. Both drinks were watered down so not a one off. Cynthia was cashier but guy who made coffee needs training. Save your money! We visit Gregorys all over. Time to rethink?
