Mikey was really sweet and made my shake perfectly. Sarah was nasty and rude.

Poor selection. Do not have menu items. Waited in a long line to waste my time. If you don't have it, take it off your menu.

Apparently someone stole my drink even though I was right next to the stand. The smoothie was okay when I finally got it.

Ordered a Coffee Chip sundae with caramel and whipped cream, it was delicious! Thank you.

i ordered a banana split, it was pretty good. the wait time was about 2-3 minutes, although there was no one else in line.

the banana split has vanilla ice cream, frozen strawberries, sliced bananas, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and a cherry on top.

This is my favorite ice cream brand ever especially the dulce de leche

Staff are friendly and helpful

It will be better if it is a store not just a kiosk to have the opportunity to enjoy the ice cream and maybe waffles and sundaes in a better atmosphere than the crowded food court area

Follow-up service after buying 4 scoops of ice cream for $25, can at best described as poor. On this visit, 30 JUN, at 1400 hrs, l requested a small cup of water along with my purchase. The male attendant said l would have to buy bottle water. I advised l needed the water for my heart medication. He refused and repeated that l would have to buy bottle water.
Fortunately, another customer heard my plea, and provided the water.
Poor human compassion and reflects poorly for the type of employee hired by Haga-Dazs.

A guy with glasses named Anthony attended my order and I have never experienced such disrespect when ordering. The attitude he had towards me was very disrespectful and to say the least very rude. I can’t believe such person was hired, this place needs to up their customer service. I will not be coming back.

I was just here at this Häagen-Dazs. I was provided the worst customer service. There were 3 ladies working when I came. I was the only one in line when I came in then a man came in and just told them he was wanted a banana split. Then one of lady started processing the man’s order so then I told one of the lady my order but she said I have to wait in line and I told them I was in line but you guys took that man’s order instead of mine. The lady didn’t want to help me cause she was busy texting on her phone. Then the other lady said I can take your order after I told them I was here before that man but you guys took his order first. I guess the ladies prepare talking mens orders first before women’s.

I had a bad experience with a guy with long hair that was covering his face and I wanted to tell the manager of this place that out of all the employees there only 1 showed professionalism, care and proactively resolved my issue , she needa to be promoted, her name is Sarah. Very nice kind and well composed.

NONE OF THE PRICES ARE POSTED 12$ FOR ONE CONE TWO SCOOP WHAT ON EARTH ???? no ice cream is that good ITS A RIP OFF !!!! AVOID AT ALL COST . asked for one scoop they force you to buy 2 scoop for the cone EVEN THOUGH IT DOESNT STATE ANYWHERE you need to buy to scoop . BAD CUSTUMER SERVICE SHADY AND OUTRAGEOUS PRICES . Beyond unhygenic they didnt wear gloves ? NEVER AGAIN. Long line terrible customer service unfriendly and unwelcoming staff
