I got here at 8:40 asking for a milkshake and was told they stop serving drinks because they were closing soon. I asked when they close she said 9. I asked what time they stop serving drinks and instead of knowing offhand (which made it clear that it wasn't a rule and she simply didn't want to wash the blender) she looked at a clock and then hesitated before saying 8:30pm. poor business practice to turn away customers Because you don't want to do your job.

A guy with glasses named Anthony attended my order and I have never experienced such disrespect when ordering. The attitude he had towards me was very disrespectful and to say the least very rude. I can’t believe such person was hired, this place needs to up their customer service. I will not be coming back.

We've been to this location twice now and the product and service have been pretty good both times. It's hard to add chocolate and whipped cream to Haagen-Dazs ice cream and be disappointed by the result. Sometimes service is slow.

The review is strictly for the ice cream quality. The customer service was good. I ordered a cone of rocky road and was so underwhelmed by it. The ice cream was bland, the almonds felt old, and I can't recall ever having a single marshmallow. I've literally had way better ice cream from Baskin Robins and even the supermarket. It's definitely a rip off and I'm not going to return.

I was just here at this Häagen-Dazs. I was provided the worst customer service. There were 3 ladies working when I came. I was the only one in line when I came in then a man came in and just told them he was wanted a banana split. Then one of lady started processing the man’s order so then I told one of the lady my order but she said I have to wait in line and I told them I was in line but you guys took that man’s order instead of mine. The lady didn’t want to help me cause she was busy texting on her phone. Then the other lady said I can take your order after I told them I was here before that man but you guys took his order first. I guess the ladies prepare talking mens orders first before women’s.

The ice cream is good... but the service was not. I must've waited for a whole 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me and they started taking the order of the guy behind me before even saying hi to me... The price was also not good. I paid $8 for 1 kids cup with sprinkles. Adding sprinkles was $1. So it's $7 for a kids cup of ice cream. That's insane!

I had a bad experience with a guy with long hair that was covering his face and I wanted to tell the manager of this place that out of all the employees there only 1 showed professionalism, care and proactively resolved my issue , she needa to be promoted, her name is Sarah. Very nice kind and well composed.

Somehow last weekend, I was craving a diff type of drink other than a cold brew, I ended up trying 'Haagen-Daz' from Ontario Mills' Outlets' food court. I was walking towards 'Yong Kang Street,' but this ice cream shop was literally staring at me as in, 'eat me, eat me.' I normally get a boba drink from 'Yong Kang Street,' but last weekend, I switched over to this German brand ice cream shop. I browsed their ad pics off their display wall and went for the 'Belgian Chocolate Milkshake.' Surprisingly, this milkshake wasn't that badly sweet and was manageable. It took awhile to finish it with some of the 'Yong Kang Street' shrimp fried rice I ate. While the milkshake was sold reasonably, the ice cream 1/2 scoop was overly priced. It's been a week, I can't recall what it was but posted a pic of the receipt with my milkshake with The review. I will likely return for another 'Belgian Chocolate milkshake.'
I went and ordered a strawberry ice cream for my son. He proceeded to say that it tasted like a sorbet. When I asked an employee to change it she refused, that employee was also the manager at the time and said that to change it, I would have to be charged again, even though she was the one who made the mistake.

AVOID AT ALL COST . asked for one scoop they force you to buy 2 scoop for the cone EVEN THOUGH IT DOESNT STATE ANYWHERE you need to buy to scoop . BAD CUSTUMER SERVICE SHADY AND OUTRAGEOUS PRICES . Beyond unhygenic they didnt wear gloves ? NEVER AGAIN. Long line terrible customer service unfriendly and unwelcoming staff
