03/24/24. They charged my account twice and after a week they still haven't returned my money. The manager Val Ceballos didn’t solve my problem. I had to go back three times to the restaurant and he just said to wait for the bank to return my money. It was their fault, not the bank's.I’m so mad! ?? I’m still waiting for them to deposit it back into my account.

Cool place. We sat outside and we able to see a few high end cars drive by. As a gearhead, that was a plus. I ordered the Guilty Pleasure fries. The were piled high and the topping were somehow completely dispersed throughout the entire pile. There was a good balance of toppings as well.The soft drinks were a little pricing at $5.50, but they came in huge mugs eliminating multiple refill needs.My colleague ordered the Tractor burger and it was piled high. Looked good to me and he had no complaints.The desert cookie was huge, tasty and baked just how I like it; just a bit soft in the middle. It was not doughy at all.The service was great. We were seated straight away, drink and food orders were promptly taken and the food did not take long to come out. Oddly enough we had a server change during our visit which was at the dinner rush. No problems, the next server was just as friendly as the first and the transition was seamless.Parking: During the dinner rush, there were no spots in the restaurant lot but plenty available in the adjacent shopping center lot. Not a far walk at all.
Food was ok. They have some Hispanic style food that had been Americanized. So it’s like Taco Bell and the service was horrible. Had to chase down the waitress or wait 20 mins for her to show up and it was a slow day.

Great place to bring the kids after walking all day around the mall! Large portions, the 5 of us were able to share most of the food. Cold drinks and tasty food! It was busy, but they still made sure to check on us.

After passing up this place every time I'm in the area because the parking lot is full, I finally decided to try it out. It was a full house and very busy at 2 p.m. Wait time was 15 minutes for my party of two to be seated. Welcoming staff and a diner's haven. Wait time on the food was reasonable and what we expected. It was the Godfather sandwich and onion rings for me. My sandwich was halved. The meat was mainly in the middle, leaving about 2-inches of sandwich roll with only lettuce and sauce on each half. Those onion rings were the best ever. You get that tasty onion and crust in every bite. My son had the BBQ chicken pizza. Forgot to order it without onions. He's not a fan of onions. Portions at this place are insane!!! We ate half of our meal there and carried the other half home. I will visit Heroes Restaurant again and recommend it to others for a great place to dine.Parking: There is also free parking at Ontario Mills adjacent to the restaurant. Just be careful when crossing the busy street because there is no pedestrian crosswalk and motorists are not driving slow.Kid-friendliness: There is a menu only for kids under age 2.

the GR8 One
This is typically one of my families favorite places . The service is impeccable. But our last visit was a little disappointing. I got the Philly cheese steak which is my go to .. seems like they just cut the veggies into halves and chunks there was no consistency. The Bell peppers were so big that it over powdered the flavor of the meat itself and I genuinely love bell peppers but at least cut them with some consistency so they are cohesive with the other flavors . Then, the major problem was not having Cali Squeeze "Blood orange" on tap . This is my favorite hefe to get and I come here specifically for it . They did have another "Blood orange" by Garage brewery which was ok but, it definitely can't hold a candle to Cali Squeeze . I even, inquired to my waitress about it she was extremely helpful but didn't have any answers as to why the Cali squeeze wasn't available and if it will be coming back. I've literally been going here for at least Two years and it's NEVER been out . So I don't know if it's just becoming that popular or maybe the price point was such that they had to switch it .. either way . I'm hoping Heroes gets it together because my family and I love this place and it's closer to us than the Riverside or Eastvale locations . ??♂️??

The service and staff are efficient and friendly. We were seated quickly, drinks and food order followed promptly. The food was very good, Patty Melt was delicious and the Pastrami sandwich was huge. That seems to be the norm, portions are all extra large. Took one star off atmosphere for the noise, the room we were in was a little small and very noisy. Will definitely go back.
The food was amazing, me and 3 coworkers all got different stuff and it was all good. It's a bit on the pricey side for what you get but the food was top

Wow first time at this place. Heros was amazing food was so delicious and portions where gigantic. Prices where so affordable for the amount of food you get. If your not a big eater I recommend sharing. But in all I so recommend this place food ? and service was beautiful, everyone there is so nice and work together as a beautiful team. In all I give this place a 100% in everything.Kid-friendliness: My kids where so happy with the choices there was for them, being picky eater they where excited to see there favorite things in the menu.
