I don’t usually write reviews, but the service we received from Bella absolutely deserved one. From the moment we walked in, she set the tone for an amazing experience. Bella was hands-down the best server we’ve ever had at Hooters. Her energy was upbeat, her professionalism was spot-on, and she genuinely made us feel welcome the entire time. From 8-10PM What stood out the most was her speed and attention to detail. Our drinks came out unbelievably fast—honestly the fastest service we’ve had anywhere. She kept everything flowing without us ever having to ask. Every order was perfect, and she made sure everything was on us, exactly how we wanted it. Throughout the night, Bella checked in on us consistently, not in a pushy way, but in a way that made it clear she truly cared that we were having a great time. She made sure we were all okay, comfortable, and taken care of from start to finish. Her timing was perfect, her attitude was friendly, and she kept the whole experience fun and easy. It’s rare to find someone who combines speed, quality, and genuine customer care so flawlessly, but Bella does it all. If you’re going to Hooters, ask for Bella—she turns a regular visit into a top-tier experience. She’s the reason we’ll definitely be coming back!

Went here Sat night, July 12, 2025. Been here before but this time my experience was not great. The bartender, Hispanic girl, named “Steevy” has a very cold attitude. She NEVER even offered me water. The Hispanic manager guy offered me water and brought my mozzarella sticks out to me instead of her. When I got up from my seat to pay because I wanted to get the hell out of there, while the manager was ringing me up, she took my plate and looked at the receipt that they give you before you pay and rolled her eyes. She’s lucky I even left a $1 tip, which I only did for the manager bringing me water. I was going to leave a $0 tip. Very very bad service. As they say in Spanish, muy mal servicio! Steevy, not sure if that’s really her name, needs to fix her bad attitude!
