I just wanted a good drink and I told him light ice which he didn't do then when I asked he said he didn't hear me so I asked how much for a refill and he said they don't do that so I said ok I want to buy another drink but he had turned his back and didn't take my order. The lady behind me said how rude. I will not return and in this day and age I have seen things escalate by bad customer service.

I came here last weekend bought lunch and bought lemonade for my drink the cashier at that time offered me this large cup and told me that I can take there and get a refill. A week later which is today I brought my cup back and ask to refill and will pay for how much the refill but the cashier told me that don’t refill anymore as of first of May. I told her how is that possible when I just purchased this drink a week ago and told by that man that I can bring the cup for refill and that was just last week. They tell you lies so they can increase their sale then they don’t follow through.

I love going here but I just went and there was a hair in my food, unfortunately since the employees were not wearing hairnets. And the food was super salty (beef, fries, etc).

This location is not the best. The workers could be friendlier. Plus, the young man had on the most filthy apron. It was disgusting!!!!!!!! It was greasy and caked with filth.
Late evening shopping got me pretty hungry and a corn dog sounded pretty good. I used to think they were too expensive, but it’s been years and their special which gets you a choice of any two corn dogs for $6.49 seemed down right cheap in times of. Ovid. Their drink specials were pretty good too, but just got a pepper jack and beef stick on this occasion.Pretty basic given all the fancy options, like Korean corn dogs and giant carnival versions, but they hit the spot and was made fresh to order just like old times.Service and fast and friendly, even though they were about to close too.

This establishment was amazing! I know it's corny/cheesy to gush over fast food service, but when it comes down to actually good people, service, food, and atmosphere I have to admit this is the best place to go to. The workers made me feel heard for once while keeping professionalism. One worker in particular, Adam, was hands down the most professional, caring, and absolutely amazing worker I've seen in so long. It's not common to see workers like him anymore, and I'm so glad I got to experience incredible service from such employees. I could not recommend any other hot dog on a stick or any other fast food place as much as this one.

I grew up eating hotdog on a stick. I just went here for a snack and their food isn't the same as it once tasted. I was disappointed for the first time ever. The lemonades don't taste the same as well. What's going on? Prices go up and their food quality goes down?

Foods always good but the teen girl named RUBY was disrespectful when taking my order, didn't want to greet anyone in line, or make eye contact. Had an attitude and didn't want to help when I asked about a certain thing on the menu. Some of the boys working had taken over for her for a second because of her attitude, they had noticed and saw how upset the costumers where getting not even just myself.
