I love ihop but this location needs more training on the waiters.. I have never had to ask 5 times to 3 different waiters that came to our table for water and still had to go up and remind them after bringing our food and had asked before even ordering ... restrooms where dirty no toilet paper in the men's or women's had to ask staff they seemed to be bothered by asking for stuff we already had asked for and they weren't being brought..My plate was wrong asked nicely the other was wrong waitor looked bothered when wasn't my fault he took the order wrong.. but must say food was delicious so the starts are for the kitchen I understand if they were busy but they weren't we showed up after rush hour

Service was okay, we had to ask for napkins, water, and hazelnut creamer twice. The server brought the kids the wrong order, so my toddler had to wait a little longer for her pancakes and they still got it wrong. The server brought out an extra plate of eggs, bacon, and hash browns, but didn't charge us for it. Food was good. Everyone was polite.

The breakfast was delicious, with excellent service and friendly employees.
Be careful on your charges, my wife and their friends were there and at the end they tried to overcharge 66 dollars more than the final bill alleging the computer was requesting that amount.
