I have to say something about this place this is more of a warning. I met my customer for breakfast at this place but when we went inside the place smelled funny and my customer even said it but we went ahead and ate anyway. We won't be going back there again I can tell you that much! Whoever is in charge of running this place needs to make sure it doesn't smell as bad as it did because it is a restaurant where people eat food! I'm saying this because it's probably just this one location other IHOPs have been fine.

If I can leave negative stars I would, I placed an online order of a plain breakfast sampler(pretty simple right given it’s a staple of their menu?-WRONG). Not only was I told incorrectly that my meal was being worked on when I arrived(which turned out to be a straight bold face lie) after 30 mins of waiting for a TAKEOUT order, it NEVER came. So despite NOT validly crashing out and causing a scene, I politely ask for a refund(which was somehow questioned). And this manager decided it was appropriate to literally do EVERYTHING ELSE but pay me my money back including have long convoluted discussion with her staff trying to figure what happened? So on top of making me wait for a meal that never came, now they’re making ME wait even FURTHER for a REFUND that also NEVER came exhausting my ENTIRE lunch hour in the process, I have never dealt with a more incompetent kitchen staff in my LIFE, NEVER going to this IHOP again and I strongly recommend that everyone does the same.

I am the type of person who only eats for the benefits of of getting nutrition. I don’t eat to get full. Most of the time I’m cooking but this particular day I decided to eat out.. I regret it. I haven’t ate out in a few years! This food out here is fake! If you want a heart attack, this is the place to come. Other than that the server was really nice 😊

Our server was very attentive and respectful. We got our order in a considerable time and the food tasted great. I recommend the build your own omelette! Or the chicken and waffles!

I is really nice and suppressed me how clean it was for being opened 24 hours and it’s perfect if you just want to grab a quick breakfast or just craving pancakes.
