This is by far the worst in-n-out I have been too. There are 2 others near by go to them or go to somewhere else. They mess up orders all the time. I use to say treat customers like you if they were at in-n-out because the service was exceptional. Not anymore. Just today I got a hamburger with just meat nothing else. I had to drive back arriving back 30 mins after the order. I then asked to talk to the manager and instead was asked “Was there something wrong?” I said “Yes” and showed the burger and the employee “so you just want another burger?” I’m like yeah but I want my whole meal remade. It is 55 degrees raining and now all the food is cold. Well then he gets the manager and guess what he says “So you just want the burger?” I’m like I must be dreaming has in-n-out really slid this far down. I have gotten better service at Burger King (dead serious) and the food is bigger and cost less. Please save your time do not go here.

Honestly, had a horrible experience. Management is unfriendly, they messed up my order, had me waiting 30+ minutes, when I asked for a refund, they gave me wrong change and shorted me. Just plain unprofessional. This is coming from someone who works fast food. Not to mention, not sympathetic at all.

This is mostly a drive-thru eatery. There are a few tables available but not a lot of shade. we were lucky and found a shady opening.
