It's the Costco of fast food. They care so much about quality that they have their own butchers to make sure no poop is in their burger meat. 7% of poop is not acceptable to them. They also pay their staff better than minimum wage and provide them with benefits which again put some in the category of

Terrible food, terrible service... they talk about forcing will on people ie masks, freedom of choice etc yet they banned their own staff from wearing masks. A company policy. I for one will not go to another location ever. They need customers more than we need them.. they have no customers out of business, we lose in and out burger hundreds of options!! Think about it.

Terrible In-N -Out Burger!!! Terrible quality!!! How do you forget the cheese on a animal style burger?!? Drink was half way filled.

It's in n out so you know the food is gonna be good, which is why I can't leave a 1 star, but the service I received from Marc was ridiculous. If you hate your job that much, just quit and go to another fast food place. Don't choose a place that prides themselves in customer service. Makes me never wanna go back to that location.

Despite the long lines, this location is relatively quick moving. Usually it results in poor food, I generally don't go to In-N-Out for this reason, but our food was the best I've had in from this chain in years. Even our fries were fresh, which hasn't been the case for the Jurupa Valley location since I was a kid, so 17+ years ago? The staff is very friendly too.

A different setting to say the least. The drive thru splits and you can get service from the passenger side. Which translates into twice the work for the employees and half the time for the customers. As well as a walk up window to order. Hard working people in this establishment

Kept hearing folks rave about In-N-Out so I had to try. It was OK, just not special. I can now say I have had In-N-Out now. Probably won't again.
Personally I hate in n out but my family wanted to eat this... so gave it a chance again, big mig mistake, they get my order wrong meats not well cooked after I especifically said cook meat well--- so disgusting don't understand the hype over these

It is a drive thru only In N Out. You know exactly what you're gonna get and it's always good. Love how they have two unique lines to help traffic move faster

Always the best stop for a quality burger at a good price. My fiancé got the #1 (double double with fries and a drink) for $10.He normally orders an animal style burger but this time he went with a regular double double and added onions. He said it was a great choice to mix things up from his usual.The place was very clean inside, everyone was having a great meal and enjoying company.

Well everything was real good I wanted to go to the drive-thru but I had a oversized vehicle a 34 box truck so I had to go and stand in line but to tell the truth I think it was faster than if I would have went through the drive-thru so if you don't want to wait a long time I think it's better if you just get off your car and Order through the window and not through the drive-thru
