Homeless are prevelant in this area,and I ordered regular but when got it was small and the employee said Jack in box is making things smaller so we pay same get less food one Jack in the box things are already expensive

Worst service ever; drive through service took forever, staff just "disappeared" out of sight for several minutes, and manager was completely unhelpful. Spend your money somewhere else.

Worst JitB in area. Inside orders machines not working right, soda machine is always off. And good luck in getting help if you dine in, cooks just ignore you while the "manager" just sits in their office and won't come out. I saw a guy trying to get a refill stand in front of the cash register and they just ignored him. Cooks seeing him stand there, said nothing or called no one. What a embarrassment of a place. Reply to Corp note they left. Multiple people have said this location has problems, and your answer is to have us contact you, instead of fixing the problem, the locations management. I get getting good staff is hard , but my understanding is managers get paid well, so hire a manager that cares and appreciates a good salary.

This Jack in the Box is one of the worst! I have been living in the area for 8 years and it’s just gotten worse and worse. The service is hooorrriibbllleee. You wait and wait and wait and wait whether you’re in the lobby or through drive through. They literally have 2 people staffed. One for drive through and a cook. They are so rude and mess up the most simplest orders not to mention their food is beyond gross. So many times I’ve gone and either the lobby is closed and/or the drive thru with a bunch of cones blocks the entrance. How hard is it to get an order right? Like honestly? Listen and punch it into the POS system!
Im always here and I have never had complaints about the place :)

I'm sorry young lady that does the cooking running the register and is polite as polite can be. I didn't get her name but she killing it for Jack in the box. Excellent employee of the year
