So I came at 5:30 am cause it's the time me and my coworker are getting off from work. We're really not in a situation to have one another cover the others bill. So we asked if we could do a separate order of Tiny Tacos. The lady had told me that she can't do it right now cause it's just her and the cook. What??? I just wanted Tiny Tacos. A simple item to make. Drop the tiny tacos down. Put em in a box and load em up. I worked at the Del Taco up the street for 7 years in the past. I know exactly what it's like to be working graveyard and have to cook food while cleaning a store spotless before morning shift comes in. It's not that difficult. If it had been 20 people in line it'd be completely understandable. But I was the only one in line. The only car!! From my many years of experience it comes down to 2 things absolute laziness or you can't figure out how to tap buttons on a screen. It might be dumb but this lady upset me and it might be something small but it's a issue that shouldnt be a issue. FastFood is a easy job, People make it a bad job to work at. Employees ruin places. I could have easily just left and drove back around but if there's no one behind me I should just be able to add a separate order of tiny tacos I know how the system works at fast food and it's ridiculous.

Considering there was only one young lady covering both the long driving line and the inside front counter the service was excellent. She had a very good attitude was very helpful and very attentive. Unfortunately the restaurant itself was a little bit dingy and dirty. It was obvious they have an issue with homeless as she had to chase someone out of the bathroom that had been in there a long time so that we could use it.
This Jack location looks clean inside and out but overall I'm disappointed because it looks like employees aren't checking code dates, I ordered a home style chicken sandwich and the bread had a piece of mold. Lost my appetite and there goes my lunch time, I called to see if I can get my refund back or if there's a solution for this problem and no one answers the phone.

VERY TRASHY PLACE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. It says open till 10 but they close early. They refused to take our order and refused to even acknowledge me. Very rude asss workers.

On a busy day of running around before the fourth of July, we stopped at Jack in the box. The food was surprisingly good. I haven't been in years.
