Came through the Drive Thru on 11//26 around noon. Normally I’m very understanding but being rude and snobby for no reason is a big NO for me. A big lady with brown nails had attitude as soon as I got to the order box, so I knew pulling up to the window was gonna be no different. She asks for payment, I give it to her. She hands me back everything without saying a word. No “here you go” or thank you. The only words she did say was ask if I wanted sauce. I could see her attitude and unwillingness to be there just from my car. I cant imagine inside. Which I get, but girl if you’re THAT unhappy at your job, get another one that doesnt involve customer service or anything with people. Seriously a mood killer, makes me want to avoid coming to this location or particularly during this shift just to avoid her. Please onboard employees or managers that bring a positive environment for a change. Theres enough misery in the world nowadays, the last thing I need is my drive thru to add the cherry on top.

When getting to the speaker - the cashier initiated so I said howdy and the most god awful awkward language barrier pops up leading me to ask if she was still going to take our order after a solid 3 minutes.

I should have known better when the restaurant was empty at 6:00pm. They messed up my order and gave me a hamburger. When I went in to get the correct order, the lady informed me that that was what I ordered. I told her there must have been a mistake, but she wasn't going to even consider accepting that she may have made a mistake. I haven't eaten ground beef in 30 years, so there would have been no reason for me to order a hamburger. If I wanted a hamburger I would have gone to the other side of the parking lot and gotten a better quality burger from In-n-Out for less money.
Staff was rude, and didn't seem to want to do their job correctly.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a jack in the box, they refused to let me use the restroom. I went in to use the restroom after eating my meal in the my vehicle, and was asked for a receipt. I told her I had gone through the drive through she insisted on a receipt. I went out to my car and pulled up my receipt from my mobile order on my phone. . I showed it to her she said that was not a receipt, it was not the same thing. I explained that a mobile order and me showing her my mobile receipt is valid and makes me a paying customer. EVEN after I showed her my mobile order receipt, she argued with me pointing at a sign at the restroom door. stating. (bathrooms are for paying customers only) She finally opened the door for me but with a sarcastic laugh still saying I was not a paying customer. As I’m closing the bathroom door I could hear her telling another staff I’m not a paying customer, and I said I went through the drive through. When I exit the bathroom i told another employee this is how you treat your customers? And showed her my mobile order receipt again, emphasizing that it makes me a paying customer. The employee didn’t seem to care and didn’t even try to approach me to see the receipt. I asked her again this is how you treat your customers? No response from her. So i asked her to let me speak to the manager. I was told the extremely rude person that wouldn’t let me use the restroom and was talking about me was the manager. This is so disappointing i guess Jack in the box doesn’t believe in leadership by example. To be treated like this all for wanting to use the bathroom at a place I just bought a meal from is beyond unacceptable I guess I will be looking for another establishment that treats their customers with respect.

I went through the drive thru and had the worst customer service ever thanks to Bertha. I ordered the munchie meal with double Jr jumbo jack meal, simple or so I thought. Next thing I know she's asking be what sides I want with it. This meal already comes with sides so I was confused so I just said fries and she then said what else, I asked for jalapeño poppers and that set her off!! She yelled at me and then said, you can choose fries, curly fries, jalapeño poppers, or 2 tacos. I don't know what part of ordering a side that she mentioned she didn't seem to understand but she must have been having a bad night to yell at a customer over her incompetence. I decided to not continue my order. The car behind me also had a problem ordering something with her. I hope her manager Juan trains her on customer service and they take her off the drive thru

Rude employee in the drive thru.
I come to this store pretty frequently since my sister goes to school nearby. Today I ordered my meal via drive-thru and was asked to park in the front so the food can be made fresh. I got my food, and the curly fries were stale as if they were left out for hours then just reheated. I don't know if I want to try the chicken sandwich I bought if the items in it were left out as well.
