We ordered a few items and when we got home we had 2 things missing, i called and spoke to the cook and this individual was very rude and told me it was not her problem to figure it out !! she would not transfer me to a manager , Will be calling in the morning to speak to someone because that is not acceptable

So it's Jack's place. I mean there is lots to like. But I was just introduced to the egg rolls! OMG! Yes, I am on the late shirt bus, thank you! They are soooo good. They are up there with a NY egg roll. That's saying a lot. So yeah, if you haven't tried them, do so. Other than that, the service was good. The drive-thru server was nice and friendly! I will be back!!

I just wasted my money. Food wasn’t even edible. I eat jack in the box often and NEVER had my food like this and I haven’t ordered from this location before.They should have never served the food the way they did. I will never come back here. I wanted to go back to dispute this order but they never gave me my receipt.
