I went through the drive thru and had the worst customer service ever thanks to Bertha. I ordered the munchie meal with double Jr jumbo jack meal, simple or so I thought. Next thing I know she's asking be what sides I want with it. This meal already comes with sides so I was confused so I just said fries and she then said what else, I asked for jalapeño poppers and that set her off!! She yelled at me and then said, you can choose fries, curly fries, jalapeño poppers, or 2 tacos. I don't know what part of ordering a side that she mentioned she didn't seem to understand but she must have been having a bad night to yell at a customer over her incompetence. I decided to not continue my order. The car behind me also had a problem ordering something with her. I hope her manager Juan trains her on customer service and they take her off the drive thru

I come to this store pretty frequently since my sister goes to school nearby. Today I ordered my meal via drive-thru and was asked to park in the front so the food can be made fresh. I got my food, and the curly fries were stale as if they were left out for hours then just reheated. I don't know if I want to try the chicken sandwich I bought if the items in it were left out as well.

I asked for extra pickles on my burger and she told me it was $.30 for two pickles. 😂 I will not be going back to the Jack-in-the-Box by the Ontario Mills Mall! I went across the street to In-N-Out Burger, which had better service and extra pickles for no additional cost ♥️

It wasn't even busy yet they had us waiting for a vety long time., we ordered to dine in but they bagged our food anyways. I wondered if we went being discriminated!!! Worst ever experience at a jack in the box !
We ordered a few items and when we got home we had 2 things missing, i called and spoke to the cook and this individual was very rude and told me it was not her problem to figure it out !! she would not transfer me to a manager , Will be calling in the morning to speak to someone because that is not acceptable

So it's Jack's place. I mean there is lots to like. But I was just introduced to the egg rolls! OMG! Yes, I am on the late shirt bus, thank you! They are soooo good. They are up there with a NY egg roll. That's saying a lot. So yeah, if you haven't tried them, do so. Other than that, the service was good. The drive-thru server was nice and friendly! I will be back!!
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian choices. The egg rolls are the perfect choice, other than the fries.
