For some odd reason, they didn't want to make anything off the all-day breakfast menu. He refused. The food was dry and bland at this location.

I came from ordering through the drive thru and they made me wait in front of the screen 10 mins. The car in front of me waiting that much as well. By the time I finished ordering it had already been 20 minutes in line at the drive thru. Once I got to the window, the lady team leader gave us some very bad attitude. They once we left we find out our fries are missing and no receipt was in the bag. Then we open our taco and there is no meat in any of them. Jack in the box what is going on ! The tacos had absolutely no meat, just lettuce and cheese. The team leader did mention she only had 2 workers. If that's the case then give them more employees to deal with your customers because it was the worst attitude ever.

On Saturday, I placed a mobile order for Jack's Party Bundle. After waiting over 20 minutes for my order in the drive thru line and being honked at, I got home to realize my order was missing a taco and 2 chicken sandwiches. On top of that the tacos I did receive had lettuce in them even though I customized my order to not have lettuce. I tried calling Jack in the Box and there was no answer, so my husband went back to Jack in the Box only to be told they don't have that special so they can't do anything about it. He asked to speak to the manager and they said she doesn't speak English. My husband would have tried communicating with her because he can speak a little Spanish, but she refused to come talk to him. The cashier said she just got there and that her manager said she can't give him the missing items because they don't sell that package there. When my husband got back home I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I was told there was no manager and that I would have to go in the next day. I explained the situation and let me know we are a family of 5 and that I had 3 hungry children And that I just wanted my items and they said I would have to wait until Sunday to talk to a manager. I then asked if I could have my money back since I didn't receive my full order and they said I had to wait to talk to a manager. The person I talked to on the phone said her name was Andrea. Terrible customer service. It's now Tuesday and I have not heard anything back from their customer service even though I reported the issue on Saturday.

Came thru for lunch and picked up food for coworkers. Couple orders of chicken strips and a burger, asked what sauce I’d like. I asked for ranch and was given a single ranch. Just 1 ranch for multiple orders of chicken strips. Come on guys.

By Jack in the box standards they have a pretty solid breakfast

I made an order online. The drive through guy gave my food away to someone and said "Oh do you have a girlfriend? Cause I gave your order to a lady"? I even showed him my order number on the mobile app. Im guessing he didnt check the others or that ladies and thats the excuse he came up with. I didn't get my food or my refund. They said come back the next day during the morning.

I wish I had paid more attention to the name but the drive through attendant on Saturday morning was super friendly and our food came out super fresh! Jack in the Box used to be my goto place a decade ago but fell off my radar due to their poor practices. After yesterday's experience I'll definitely drop by more often!
