Kiosk took my order with giving me a receipt. Manager said the Kiosk didn't process my order while I showed him it went thru on my credit card looking at my account on my phone. He said to call back a couple days later if it still was on my card. I did call back a few days later and they never refunded my card or called me back. Left messages several times. No response. I got no order (food) and they kept my money. Terrible!

Just order my sons foot to drive-through and we got home and they gave me some steel cold french fries very disappointed usually they always have good service but not at night time like how are you gonna serve somebody some old fries

No one was in front of me and i Sat at the drive thru window for 15 mins waiting for an order, just to be told to park on the side so they can start my order smh. You can keep that, I'm out and not coming back. My time is valuable to me and I don't like it wasted

Outstanding and exceptional customer service from Rony at both the drive thru and inside the store. Rony has always acknowledged me and knows my order and name already, a very kind man. My order has always been accurate and usually read back. You can tell that the man works very hard.
I feel sorry for the employees after being told both restrooms were out of service. I ordered my food 1st because I know some places only allow customers use of them. I mean, where do they go? In a bucket in the back room? Not very sanitary.
