I ordered a 5-pieces chicken set meal combo,and speak twice to her very loudly, but she deliberately gave me a 2 pieces children's meal. Which child would drive himself to eat and drink a large size black coffee? I will never come back again. She did this deliberately because she didn't like the customer's voice. Not only does this behavior reduce the store's revenue, but it also causes long-term damage to the brand image, because everyone will see this comment and understand that the clerk here provides a judgment-type service, and, she does not treat everyone as fairly customer.Since it was morning, she was like a cockroach ruining my beautiful day.She also deliberately gave me special sauce for tacos, which was full of malice. Did I order taco? Special sauce, blind?

You guys never pay attention to what you are doing if we ask for condiments and you guys don’t put them what is wrong with your horrible service I am on the phone with DoorDash and they are reminding you to put specifically condiment what is so hard to listen we are paying for the food and I expect my condiments when I request them you need to pay attention employees and managers we pay for delivery and we pay for our food I expect everything on point it happens very often that you guys do this it’s disappointing when I don’t get what I ask for and please make your food fresh don’t let it sit their for 10 min and if it’s not sold you still give it to a guest when they order 5 or 10 min later the food taste old really wow you just don’t care !!

Sorry, the hash browns were not cooked hot and crispy. Churros were not warm. Everything was undercooked.
They get my food right, staff are friendly and like my cats. Make their food better than the one on holt, go to jackinthebox for me. Love the mini chorros!

After work and late night I just wanna get home and rest. But when it's a small mistake I ignore it no big deal. But when it's obvious something they should not sell Like an old salad that should be in trash In pieces, so no homeless guy would pick it out and eat it would end up sick. It looked like it was left outside for days Even worse when i open it the smell just made me toss everything away it looked so obvious. I get those salads a lot since I eat late. I am always respectful I'm always patient and thankful. So since that day, I just stopped going. The person that He handed me that salad could have seen how bad it was.I wanna rate it with ( one star ) but Because of the lady that works there I rank it higher When I get my food from her. I never had any issues or any problems. I always get the right stuff. And no matter how late it is and busy she is, She will hide it all with a thankful smile. That will make you enjoy your meal much more and trust the place more. I don't know her name she would have a light gray uniform she is great and she knows what she is doing . So thank you.
